Fig. 1 zeigt einen Schnitt durch das Gehäuse 1 einer Vakuumpumpe 2 mit einer Förderkammer 3 mit einem Auslaßkanal 4, dessen Querschnitt durch ein Rück­ schlagventil 5 verschlossen ist. Das Rückschlagventil 5 besteht aus einem Feder­ stahlstreifen 6, der einseitig mittels einer Schraube 7 am Gehäuse 1 angeschraubt ist und anderseitig den Auslaßkanal 4 abdeckt. Mit der Schraube 7 ist gleichzeitig ein Form- oder Blechstanzteil 8 befestigt, das die Ausbringung des Federstreifens 6 begrenzt, d. h. einen Öffnungsbegrenzer bildet. Erfindungsgemäß ist nun vorgesehen, daß das Form- oder Blechstanzteil 8 eine langlochförmige Ausnehmung 9 aufweist, die aus der Fig. 2 erkennbar ist. Durch diese Ausnehmung 9 wird erreicht, daß bei Federstreifenausbiegungen und ölgefülltem Zwischenraum 10 zwischen Federstreifen 6 und Blechstanzteil 8 die hydraulisch wirkende Kraftübertragung auf das Form- oder Blechstanzteil 8 minimiert wird, da die Anschlagfläche durch die Ausnehmung 9 minimiert ist. Das zwischengelagerte Öl tritt bei der Federstreifenausbiegung in die Ausnehmung 9 ein, ohne Kraftübertragung.
