I PRÄPARAT IONS- UND SCIIMXlZMITTELI PREPARATIONS FOR ION AND SCIIMAL MEDICINES
Ganz allgemein werden jedoch an Faserpräparationen eine Reihe von Forderungen gestellt, von denen besonders zu nennen sind:Task and purpose of preparations and lubricants for Chopped fibers, threads, cables and endless filaments are very much varied and largely from the type of fiber, the production method and the method for further processing the fibers and Threads dependent. In general, however, a number of requirements are made of fiber preparations, of which in particular to be mentioned are:
Verhinderung bzw. Verminderung der elektrostatischen Aufladung,Prevention or reduction of electrostatic charge,
Herabsetzung bzw. Steuerung der Gleitreibung, d.h. der dynamischen Reibung zwischen Fasern und Metall und anderen Berührungsstellen bei der Faserherstellung und Verarbeitung,Reduction or control of sliding friction, i.e. dynamic friction between fibers and metal and other points of contact during fiber production and processing,
Steuerung bzw. Abstimmung der ruhenden, sogenannten statischen Reibung, d.h. der Reibung zwischen Faser und Faser, vielfach auch Kohäsion oder Haftung genannt, die in absoluter Abhängigkeit von der Kräuselung der Faser besteht sowieControl or coordination of the resting, so-called static friction, i.e. the Friction between fiber and fiber, often also called cohesion or adhesion, which in there is absolute dependence on the crimp of the fiber as well
Thermostabilität und AuswaschbarkeitThermostability and washability
It is extremely difficult to combine the properties mentioned in a uniform product and ^

To find preparations that meet all of these requirements. Difficulties also arise because in addition to the The requirements mentioned above, the question of the influence of the preparation agent on the finished textiles is of decisive importance for the selection of suitable means.
Most of the known preparation and lubricating agents show they have a good antistatic effect and often also impart a low static friction to the fibers treated with them, i. H. low adhesion, but they often have the disadvantage high dynamic coefficients of friction to the fibers or threads to lend. It is known that spin finish agents which give low dynamic friction factors are primarily paraffinic hydrocarbons represent, which in many cases are not used for fully synthetic fibers, especially for reasons of dyeing can be. On the other hand, these products give the fibers and filaments high coefficients of static friction, i. H. a high one Adhesion, and due to the necessary processing together with emulsifiers, they also lose some of their inherently high dynamic properties Smoothness.
It can thus be seen that no preparation agents are known to date which give both low static and low dynamic coefficients of friction and which are antistatic agents at the same time represent.
It is known that esters of orthophosphoric acid in general have good antistatic effectiveness. These products behave however, right with regard to dynamic friction unfavorable.
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man mit besonderem Vorteil als Präparations- und Schmälzmittel für synthetische Fasern und endlose Fäden Produkte einsetzen kann, die als wesentliche KomponenteIt has now been found that with particular advantage as a preparation and lubricating agent for synthetic fibers and endless Threads can employ products as an essential component

A mixture of orthophosphoric acid mono- and dilauryl ester is corresponding to that in Example 1 of the German patent Λ 3 226 ICÜf described process produced by implementation of 1 mole of phosphorus pentoxide with 3 moles of an equimolar mixture of orthophosphoric acid mono- and dilauryl ester and subsequent further reaction of the acidic phosphoric acid ester with a dem phosphorus pentoxide used equimolar amount of lauryl alcohol. That. obtained mixture of orthophosphoric acid mono- and dilauryl ester is neutralized with a concentrated potassium hydroxide solution.
A polycondensate of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol is used in the Melt spinning process in a thread sheet of 320 individual capillaries of the single titer 1.2 den, immediately after emerging from the spinneret on a preparation godet in a weight-percentage Solution of the above-mentioned potassium salt of phosphoric acid mono- and dilauryl esters immersed at 20 C. The still Moist fiber bundles are combined to form a sliver of approx. 10,000 the total denier and placed in a can. Tapes from 20 of these cans are fed together to a fiber line, where they are immersed in an immersion time of 6 seconds at 50 ° C heated spin finish, which has the same composition as the above spin finish. The hand with a total titer of about 300,000 denier is then squeezed off to such an extent that there is a dry layer of preparation agent of 0.2-0.25% is obtained. It is then stretched and crimped as usual. The fiber bundle thus obtained is characterized by a very good antistatic effect and shows extremely low dynamic and static coefficients of friction, which enables perfect workability on cotton cards in the cotton spinning process.
