Description
Gegenstand der Neuerung ist ein chemisches Verfahren zur
synthetischen Herstellung von Benzin aus ungewöhnlichen
Ausgangsstoffen.
Zwecks des Verfahrens ist, den Verantwortlichen von OPEC
und OAEPEC zu zeigen, daß es in den Industrienationen
clevere Chemiker gibt, die sogar aus Steinen und Meerwasser
mittels sog. "erneuerbarer Energiequellen" (Sonnenlicht,
Wind, Wasserkraft) synthetisches Benzin herstellen können,
falls nochmals der Versuch unternommen wird, die Rohölpreise
zu erhöhen.
Es ist bekannt, Benzin aus Kohlendioxid (CO₂) und Wasserstoff
(H₂) in einem Durchgang dadurch herzustellen, daß das
Gasgemisch in einer ersten Stufe über einem Cu-Zn-Cr-Al-/
Mischoxid-Katalysator (Lit. 1) bei 80 bar und 250°C zur
Reaktion gebracht wird (Lit. 2) und in einer zweiten Stufe
mittels "protonated H-Fe-Silicate pentasil typ" Katalysator
bei 300°C in Benzin umgewandelt wird (Lit. 3 und 4).
Der Nachteil dieses in der Literatur veröffentlichten
Verfahrens liegt darin, daß bezüglich der Verfügbarkeit
und Reinheit des Kohlendioxids (siehe Lit. 4., Tabelle auf
Seite 999) keine spektakuläre CO₂-Quelle ins Auge gefaßt
wurde, so daß die Umwandlung von CO₂ mit H₂ als normaler
chemischer Prozeß abläuft, wie er bereits aus Lehrbüchern
bekannt ist (Lit. 5).
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß sich mittels nachfolgend beschriebener
Verfahrenskombination eine schockierende
Demonstration aufbauen läßt, wobei das Benzin aus Steinen
und Meerwasser hergestellt wird.
Konsequenterweise wird die zur Prozeßführung benötigte Wärme
und elektrische Energie ausschließlich durch sogenannte
"erneuerbare Energiequellen" geliefert (Sonnenenergie,
Wind- oder Wasserkraft).
Das Verfahren ist - wie folgt beschrieben - aufgebaut:
Die gasförmigen Ausgangsstoffe werden in zwei getrennten "Strängen" hergestellt.

"Strang" A für Kohlendioxid (CO₂)
"Strang" B für Wasserstoff (H₂)
"Strang" B für Wasserstoff (H₂)
Das Endprodukt Benzin wird im "Strang" C produziert
(siehe Abb. 1).
Das Gestein Magnesit (Talkspat, Bitterspat,
Giobertit) A1, also ein Magnesiumcarbonat,
wird im Drehrohrofen A2 auf 400°C
bis 500°C erhitzt, wobei der Drehrohrofen
als "receiver" in ein Solarturmkraftwerk
zu installieren ist. Dort sind Arbeitstemperaturen
bis 530°C möglich (Lit. 7).
Da bei 480°C der Dissoziationsdruck des Magnesit bereits
größer als 1 bar ist, läßt sich schon unterhalb der Rotglut
alles CO₂ austreiben (Lit. 6). A3 zeigt den Weg des CO₂.
Statt Magnesit kann auch Dolomit (isomorphes Gemisch von
Ca- und Mg-carbonat) eingesetzt werden, dessen Zersetzungstemperatur
allerdings höher liegt. Da aber Sonnenöfen
Temperaturen bis 3900°C schaffen (Lit. 7), sind keine
grundsätzliche Schwierigkeiten zu erwarten.
Dolomit steht als Rohstoff in praktisch unbegrenzten Mengen
zur Verfügung.
Der CO₂ Gasstrom ist also aus Steinen erzeugt worden.
Es folgt eine Kompression auf 80 bar mittels Kompressor A4,
wonach "Strang" A im Gassammler AB5 endet.
Zur Wasserstofferzeugung wird Meerwasser B1,
das als Rohstoff in praktisch unbegrenzten
Mengen zur Verfügung steht, im Elektrolyseapparat
B2 nach bekannten Verfahren in Wasserstoff
B3 und Sauerstoff zerlegt.
Es folgt eine Kompression auf 80 bar mittels
Kompressor B4, wonach "Strang" B im Gassammler
AB5 endet.
Das H₂/CO₂-Gasgemisch, das unter einem Druck von
80 bar steht, kann nun nach dem bekannten Verfahren
von T. Inui (Lit. 3) in Benzin umgewandelt
werden. Die leichten Olefine, die zusammen mit
dem Benzin anfallen, werden in den Prozeß
zurückgeführt und gleichfalls in Benzin
umgewandelt.

Claims (2)
1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Benzin aus Kohlendioxid
und Wasserstoff nach dem Verfahren von T. Inui et al.,
veröffentlicht in "Energy Convers. Mgmt" 33 (1992), 513-520,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zu Demonstrationszwecken das benötigte Kohlendioxid
aus Magnetit (MgCO₃) oder Dolomit durch thermische
Zersetzung bei Temperaturen über 400°C ausgetrieben
wird und der benötigte Wasserstoff aus Meerwasser durch
Elektrolyse gewonnen wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die zur Prozeßführung benötigte Wärme und elektrische
Energie ausschließlich durch sog. "erneuerbare Energiequellen"
geliefert wird (Sonnenenergie, Wind- oder
Wasserkraft).
