Abstract
Description
Invention relates to a body structure, in particular for a truck or for a motor vehicle trailer with a body length of 2 m to 14 m, which Body structure from a static load-bearing frame Steel frame bars, an attached car body floor for receiving transport goods as well as wall and Has roof components.
The term truck referred to in the context of the invention also called saddle tractor and the term body construction also means that Body structures of such semi-trailers. The wagons box length, as stated, can reach up to 14 m. in the in general, such a car body has a width of about 2 m to about 2.55 m. The body structure as a whole is in accordance with the standardized loads of the Truck or the truck trailer, e.g. B. for 3 t, 5 t, 7 t and more and with special gluing (see DIN 68705 AW 100). The structure the wall and roof components is within the scope of the invention lovely. The loading and unloading of such a car body construction is carried out using modern tools. Mostly on Pallets packed or in pallet containers Goods to be transported must be free of faults on the floor of the car body be slidable.
In the car body construction known from practice, of which the invention is based, the car body floor consists of Plywood, e.g. B. from plywood in 5 to 11 layers. Of the The floor of the car body is made of several plywood panels The floor plan is considerably smaller than the floor plan of the car box bottom assembled to form joints it through shafting, tongue and groove connections, through butt joint with clamping elements or the like. These known measures are in assembly engineering Hin complex and functionally sufficient Often not requirements. In the area of the joints in the plywood panels penetrate moisture, be it from the bottom, be it from the car body out. This also applies when the individual goes to the car plywood panels joined together box bottom an art Have fabric coating and if the plywood panels through the plastic coating completely and also in Area of the cut edges and the joints are sealed. In fact, the floor of a car body has the described construction and the described purpose considerable with moving and loaded trucks record dynamic alternating bending stresses, which in Area of joints to be relative movements between two neighboring plywood panels. This relative movement affects the joint fit in the area of the joints arranged plastic layers experience a through abrasion premature destruction. The result is that in this and over these destroyed places moisture into the Plywood panels penetrates and that the plywood panels in Swell the area of the joints in a step-forming manner. These stages hinder the moving of the transported goods. One defines as the service life of such a car body floor made of several Plywood panels the period of time in which the function of the Body floor not disturbed by swelling joints is the service life in need of improvement and shows the body structure for this reason, none satisfactory long-term behavior.
The invention is based on the technical problem a body structure the purpose described above determination of the service life of the car body floor as well as the Long-term behavior of the body structure overall eighth to improve.
To achieve this object, the invention relates to a body structure, esp Has wall and roof components. The body structure is characterized by the use of at least one OSB wood particle board, which is scattered and pressed in at least five layers and has layers that cross from layer to layer, alternating in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the body structure,
as a one-piece, seamless car body floor,
with the proviso that the strands have a length of 80 to 120 mm, a width of 1.5 to 3 mm and a thickness of 0.5 to 0.7 mm and the thickness of the OSB wood particle board according to the weight of the Transport good, for which the body structure is designed for maximum, is set up. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a further measure is implemented in that the OSB wood particle board has a speci fi c weight of 600 to 700 kg / m, preferably of about 650 kg / m, with a wood content of about 90%. The wood and glue used for OSB wood particle boards are used. It is also advantageous to work with seven layers or more.
Diese können auch mitein ander verklebt sein.OSB stands for Oriented Strands Boards and is in the German technical language received. It is as it were special types of chipboard. The chips are also in the German language called strands. OSB wood particle plates are characterized by high strength. They are made like chipboard. The invention is based on the knowledge that OSB wood particle boards for the inclusion of the alternating bending stresses described surprisingly good in the context of the use according to the invention are suitable if they are in one piece as the body floor are designed. Even extreme alternating bending stresses affect the service life of the car body floor and thus the long-term behavior of the body structure in the not all. Moisture can interfere with the invention do not penetrate the car body floor. The described Behavior is based on the dimensioning of the beaches and the further before described interpretation of OSB wood particle board used for the invention becomes. The wood particle boards used in this way are one part bulky slabs up to 14 m long and up to 2.55 m long Width. It is understood that with appropriately designed Systems for such OSB wood particle boards worked must be, but which belong to the prior art. However, within the scope of the known Measures the finished OSB wood particle boards according to specifications, divided into partial panels for their further use. According to the invention, the plates remain undivided. As part of the invention is not only the car body floor a single OSB wood particle board, but to put several of them on top of each other. These can also be with you be glued to others.
In particular, the body structure according to the invention can be trained in different ways. For the In most applications it is sufficient that the OSB wood particle board with a thickness of 15 to 25 mm preferably has about 20 mm. A preferred embodiment tion form of the invention is characterized in that at least the surface of the OSB timber that is to be transported particle board a phenolic resin coating, preferably a coating of phenol resin impregnated papers, having. It is recommended that the surface of the Be layering with an image created by embossing Wire mesh or other pattern. The Surface is set up in a non-slip way, he however allows the described postponement of the transport good. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention furthermore the OSB wood-based panel on both sides and also ver at the cut edges with a sealing layer see.
As mentioned at the beginning is a body structure, like the one Invention defined, with a static supporting frame made of steel frame bars. Within the scope of the invention is a special combination and coordination of OSB wood particle board, which forms the floor of the car body, with this frame. The invention teaches that static load-bearing frame longitudinal frame spars, forehead side frame spars and in the longitudinal direction of the frame with Has spaced frame trusses and that the OSB wood particle board as a continuous beam with the frame truss is dimensioned as a support. The OSB wood particle board as a carrier or beam with be according to the OSB wood particle boards Area moment of inertia considered and the modulus of elasticity of this OSB wood particle board. Will the OSB wood particle board for its use as a car body floor like described before standing as a continuous beam set up, it is optimal for the inclusion of the bean spells interpretable. The more frame trusses this Frame, the thinner the OSB wood particles be flat. This OSB wood particle board becomes additional on the front and longitudinal frame bars stored, this brings about a further improvement in Shape stability and stability.
Es zeigen in schematischer Darstellung In the following, the invention is based on only one Embodiment representing drawing in more detail explained. They show a schematic representation

The body structure shown in the figures is intended in particular for a truck or for a truck trailer. The length of the car body may be 14 m in the exemplary embodiment, with a width of up to approximately 2.55 mm. The car body structure has a statically load-bearing frame 1 made of steel frame rods, for which reference is made to FIG. 5. The car body floor 2 for receiving the goods to be transported is connected to this statically load-bearing frame 1 with suitable and customary aids. For the sake of clarity, the wall and roof components that belong to the body structure were not drawn.
It is essential for the invention to use an OSB wood particle board as the vehicle body floor 2 . In this regard, reference is made to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3. The OSB wood particle board has five layers 3 in the embodiment. These five layers 3 are scattered separately, but pressed as a uniform mat for spreading material to the OSB wood particle board. One could also work with six or nine such layers 3 . From a comparative view of FIGS. 2 and 3 it can be seen that the OSB wood particle board from layer 3 to layer 3 has intersecting beaches 4 which run alternately in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction of the car body. This OSB wood particle board is box bottom 2 in one piece and seamless, for which reference is made to FIG. 1.
The invention includes the measure that the strands 4 have a length of 80 to 120 mm, a width of 1.5 to 3 cm and a thickness of 0.5 to 0.7 mm and that the thickness of the OSB wood particle board 2 increases The weight of the goods to be transported is set up. In the exemplary embodiment, the OSB wood particle board 2 may have a specific weight of 600 to 700 kg / m, preferably approximately 650 kg / m, with a wood content of approximately 90%. In the execution example and for most applications, it is sufficient that the OSB wood particle board 2 has a thickness of 15 to 25 mm, preferably of about 20 mm. It was indicated in FIG. 3 that not only the surface of the car body floor 2 on the side of the goods to be transported has a phenolic resin coating 5 , preferably a coating of phenolic resin-impregnated papers, but also that the lower side and the cut side 6 indicated in FIG. 3 have a such coating 5 is provided. The upper surface of the coating bears an image of a wire screen created by embossing and is therefore sufficiently non-slip, but allows the goods to be moved.
In Figs. 4 and 5 it is seen that the statically supporting frame 1 longitudinal frame beams 7, 8 and front side frame members in the longitudinal direction of the frame 1 spaced frame crossbeams 9 has. This statically load-bearing frame and the car body floor 2 in the form of the OSB wood particle board are integrated into a static unit according to the preferred embodiment and the OSB wood particle board 2 is dimensioned as a continuous beam with the frame cross members 9 as supports. Through this association, very large transport weights are dominated by relatively thin OSB wood particle boards. 2 This applies in particular when the OSB wood particle board is additionally supported on the longitudinal and front frame spars 7 and 8 .
