Das so im wesentlichen wie ein Bild her gestellte Dekorationsfeld ist transportfähig und läßt sich ohne Schwierigkeiten zum Feuchtraum transportieren, an des sen Wandfläche mittels vorher angebrachter Gewebestreifen, Stützprofile und Kleber anbringen und durch Aufbringen eines Wandbelages in die Wandfläche integrieren. Es entsteht so ein täuschend ähnliches Abbild eines Wandgemäldes. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Wandfläche in Feuchträumen, insbesondere in Schwimmhallen, verwendet in diese integrierte Dekorationsfelder. Letztere bestehen aus einer Motivplatte 1 aus feuchtraumbeständigem, also gipsfrei em Material. Eine solche Motivplatte 1 kann z. B. eine Dicke von 10 mm und Außenabmessungen von ca. 2,5 × 1,2 m aufweisen. Die dem Motiv zugedachte Sei tenfläche der Motivplatte 1 ist, z. B. durch Spachteln, mit einer glatten und ebenen Grundschicht 2 versehen worden. Die se kann mit üblichen werkstatteigenen Werkzeugen mit der er forderlichen Genauigkeit hergestellt werden. Auf diese Grund schicht 2 wird dann im Atelier durch einen Künstler ein Mo tiv 3 in Form eines Gemäldes, eines Mosaiks, von reliefarti gen Ornamenten o. dgl. aufgebracht. Gegen diese wird das Dekorationsfeld ge drückt, wobei es auf den waagerechten Teil des Stützprofils 10 aufgesetzt wird. Es kann auch gem. fig. 3 zwischen Motiv platte 1 und Rahmen 4 ein Schlitz 13 eingebracht sein, in den das Stützprofil 10 eingeschoben wird.
