Schlauchenden auftretende Zugkraft aufnehmenden Zugankers, dessen koaxiale Anschlußstelle an Armen
The invention relates to a coupling piece for hoses made of highly stretchable material with a
annular, throughflow openings having holder for the coaxial connection of the between the
Hose ends occurring tensile force absorbing tie rod, its coaxial connection point on arms
is provided, the input side with a on the inner surface of the coupling piece
supporting ring part are firmly connected.
Coupling pieces of the aforementioned type, as for example from US-PS 9 73 901 and 32 22 092
have become known, contain complicated and difficult to manufacture for connecting the tie rod

Zugentlastungen ermöglichen, ohne daß ein übergroßesThe applicant has therefore set himself the task of improving these previously known coupling pieces in such a way that

To achieve the above object, the coupling piece according to the invention is characterized in that the inner surface of the coupling piece converges on the inlet side in the direction of the hose and receives the correspondingly conical outer surface of the annular holder and that the arms protrude from the ring part of the holder in the direction of the hose ,
The conical surfaces which converge in the direction of the hose and which are provided according to the invention at the coupling piece inlet and outside on the ring part can be produced very easily and also with little effort. However, these conical surfaces also ensure that there is always a secure positive and non-positive connection between the bracket and the coupling piece. Because, according to the invention, at the same time the connection point for the pull rope is moved forward in relation to the cone plane towards the hose, the cone surfaces are always properly seated. The conical design also has the advantage that the holder can be removed very easily and quickly if necessary.
According to another feature of the invention, an annular groove is in the Eingangsöf f voltage of the coupling piece intended for a snap ring with which the holder is prevented from falling out.
dargestellt istAn exemplary embodiment is shown schematically in the following drawings:
F i g. 1 shows a coupling piece with an inserted hose, half of which is shown in section and half as a plan view
das Ringstück 13 anliegt.F i g. 2 shows the coupling piece in cross section, half of which is shown as a view and half as a section.
The coupling piece shown is with the help of the flange 8 with a solid object, for. B. a pump, not shown, connected. In the process, the rubber ring 7 fastened in the inner coupling part 1 is pressed against the pump housing (not shown). The hose 11 to be connected is pulled onto the outside 10 of the inner coupling part 1 and clamped onto the inner coupling part 1 with the aid of the two shell parts 2a, 2b, which are clamped together by tightening the nuts 6 on the screws 5. The inner surface of the inner coupling part 1 is provided on the input side with the cone 12, which rises in the direction of the center of the coupling. It corresponds to the cone of the ring part 13 to which the shackle brackets 3 are welded. These each consist of a flat steel which widens towards the center of the coupling opening to form the shackle 9. On this shackle 9, the tie rod, designed as a steel cable, not shown, is fastened, which absorbs the tensile forces that are to be kept away from the hose connection. In order to prevent the ring piece 13 and the shackle 9 from falling out even in the unloaded state, a snap ring 4 is provided in the opening of the coupling piece in front of the ring piece 13, on which the ring piece 13 rests.
