Description
Druckspülreinigung für Vorratsbehälter für Heizöl (P 17 81 186.θ)Pressure flush cleaning for storage tank for heating oil (P 17 81 186.θ)
In the case of conventional heating oil tanks, the bottom of the tank needs to be cleaned only by inspecting the container and cleaning it by hand to remove the bottom sludge. and any over time Hard deposits on the Bleoh caused by chemical reaction ο It looks different with the already registered storage container, there other cleaning options are already shown here due to the deformation of the floor «
The subject of the new application is an additional flush cleaning method which, independently of the previously known, enables constant pressure flush cleaning of the floor channel, which is formed by the longitudinal and cross-sectional inclination of the floor panel. It is assumed to be known, that the electrically driven pump of a B re nners the burner once with supplied pressurized oil supplied and to the other always too much sucked oil under bridge in the return line to the tank resulted in the novel process, this return line (not drawn ?) with a pipe through the container deoke through the heating oil to just above the gutter. The end of the pipe is narrowed like a nozzle, possibly set at an angle, and expels the excessively endangered heating oil as a pressure jet directed against the channel. In this way, at a suitable distance from the drain, any dirt or Y / water parts still deposited in the channel are conveyed to the drain and removed from there by the suction of the burner pump into the separator and thus from the bottom of the tank. It should be noted here that every time the burner or the pump is switched on, as long as the cleaning jet fulfills its function as the burner pump sucks in heating oil or presses the unused heating oil into the cleaning nozzle through the return. No special pumping system is necessary for this additional cleaning. If necessary, the return power, i.e. the delivery rate, can be increased by means of a double circuit on one axis 0 Since the Buenner only works periodically, the additional consumption of electrical energy is only small and is in no relation to the advantage of the now fully automatic cleaning additional maintenance and no additional backup
