However, relatively small weather changes require corresponding changes in the flap control in all wall ventilators. If the weather changes in During the night or at a time when the stable is unsupervised, it can have serious consequences Changes in the barn clinic come, as a result of which the animals become sick or even die because the animals are very sensitive to drafts. In addition, the wind causes different amounts of air Enter on the windward side and on the leeward side.
- _ ■ , ) There are systems known with which these disadvantages. be avoided. The fresh air is mixed with the used return air from the stable and blown into the room. In a newer system of this type, a circular vent chimney is surrounded by another larger diameter chimney so that an annular space is formed around the vent chimney. This creates a double chimney j. Fresh air is introduced through the outer ring-shaped space, which is in direct contact with the outside air, while the stale air is discharged to the outside through the inner circular ventilation chimney. - _ ■,

The driving force is provided by a special axial propeller supplied, its inner circular part with the diameter of the ventilation chimney in the middle matches and which is arranged directly below the same. With this part becomes the air pushed up. The outer part of the propeller is on the outer annular part of the Double chimney matched, here the propeller blades are shaped so that fresh air through the annular outer part is printed downwards. So that the same amount of air is not delivered at all times there is an opening in the upper part of the chimney with mixing flaps between the inner and attached to the outer chimney. This makes it possible to mix fresh air with return air from the barn. In doing so, all or part of the return air that was brought up through the inner vent chimney is passed through the outer .ring-shaped chimney returned, taking it is mixed with the fresh air. The mixed air is then passed through a number of injection nozzles steel-shaped, horizontally or slightly inclined, blown into the stable.
Ferner enthält die Luft in einem Stall normalerweise große Staubmengeri und in Verbindung mit einer relativ großenWith the help of such a system, the aforementioned Kachteile of the wall aerator are avoided, ■ however, other parts of revenge arise. The special double-acting axial propeller is complicated in construction and expensive to manufacture, the same applies to the double chimney * The narrow, ring-shaped one outer chimney and the sudden 180 ° turn, which the return air must carry out in order to get from the inner chimney to the outer chimney, mean great resistance to air movement and require a great deal of force. Also contains the air in a stable usually contains large amounts of dust and in conjunction with a relatively large

If the air is damp, the dust tends to settle in larger areas on the sides of the chimney. To apply quantities. The ring-shaped outer chimney in particular is very difficult to clean in this case. There, -v / o warm return air and cold fresh air meet in the area of the mixing flap also easily condensation problems at this very inaccessible place. In addition, in this system, the air that is blown into the stable through the nozzles Air volume must be constant throughout the year. However, you want a larger amount of air in summer than in winter. In addition, with such a system it is not possible to have built-in ventilation systems in one Use the stable so that they cannot be used again and have to be thrown away.
Es ist ferner nicht notwendig, einen komplizierten und auf v/endigenThe object of the invention is to create a ventilation system of the type mentioned at the outset, in which the disadvantages mentioned are avoided and an improvement in the distribution of the air in the stalls is also achieved. This object is achieved according to the invention in that the mixing chamber provided with mixing flaps is arranged between the ceiling and the distributor head and that the return air is supplied to the mixing chamber from the space delimited by the ceiling and the injection jets. A number of advantages are achieved with this design. You can mix the used return air with the fresh air without? To use a complicated double chimney * All that is needed is a single duct leading from the distributor head to the outside. Such a single channel is much simpler and cheaper to manufacture than a double chimney and also much easier to clean. Since the warm, moist stable air does not flow through the same chimney as the cold spring hl -j ft, only minor condensation problems occur. It is also not necessary to have a complicated and v / end

" ,To use propellers with a double function, it is sufficient here a simple standard impeller or a radial wheel in simple construction. Furthermore, in most cases it is possible to use the existing ventilation devices (Fans) to be reused if one is in such stalls, in which "already one Ventilation system exists, a system according to the Invention wants to incorporate. Since in a design according to the invention, the supply line for guiding the air is simple and without narrow channels, the air being none must perform sudden turns, the power requirement is very low. This is of great importance since such systems are normally in operation day and night. ",
Dieses ist deswegen wichtig, weil mit einem solchen System die Mischklappen während des Winter so eingestellt : werden können, daß die kalte Luft mit einem großen Teil der Rückluft gemischt wird, wodurch die eingeblasene Mischluft eine Temperatur erreicht * die nur wenige Grade unterhalb <lev Stall-Temperatur liegt, welche für die meisten Tierarten ideal ist, und etwaUltimately, of the greatest importance for rooms in which animals are staying is the fact that with a design according to the invention the amount of air flowing from the injection devices to the animals is automatically reduced the more return air is mixed with the fresh air. Conversely, the amount of air supplied automatically increases the less return air is mixed. The reason was "that the return air is taken from the space between the ceiling and the blow-in jets. In this return air is obtained by diversion of the Einblasungsstrahlen with the result that the more return air is loading forces \, is the more branched off from the Einblasungsstrahlen before they reach the walls of the zufbelüf- 'Tenden spaces and prevent animals. This is important because adjusted with such a system, the mixing valve during the winter so: may be that the cold air is mixed with a large part of the return air, so that the blown-mixed air reaches a temperature * only a few degrees below <lev stable -Temperature, which is ideal for most animal species, and about

Umgekehrt ist im Sommer eine größere Luftzirkulation notwendig, wenn die Temperatur der Frischluft außen beträchtlich höher sein kann als die im Stall gewünschte Temperatur; dann wird keine oder nur sehr wenig Rückluft verwendet, so daß die verstärkte Luftzirkulation den Tieren die Hitze erträglich werden läßt.correspondingly less-3 air circulation in the vicinity of the Animals are welcome than in summer; this is through the automatic reduction of the air volume achieved, after it has left the distributor head. Conversely, greater air circulation is necessary in summer, when the temperature of the fresh air outside can be considerably higher than that desired in the barn Temperature; then no or only very little return air is used, so that the air circulation is increased lets the animals bear the heat.

Finally, it is possible with a design according to Invention to supply heat to the room in a very simple way. This is preferably done in that for heating the room either a warm air supply to the space bounded by the ceiling and the blow-in jets or that heating coils at this point are provided. The heating coils are preferably arranged in the vicinity of the mixing flaps and attached separately from the blowing devices. The hot air is combined with the return air and the fresh air mixed before it reaches the distributor head and is blown out of this into the room. In order to it can be avoided that heating elements are built into the blowing device itself; that would not be Favorable, as clogging by dust can easily occur at this point, especially in cattle sheds.

The mixing chamber 2 (see FIG The mixing flaps 7 close, in their one end position ■ return air openings 9 on both sides of the mixing space 2; in their other distortion they block the fresh air supply when it hits an intermediate plate 11. The two mixing flaps 7 normally each have the same position; To clarify the function, however, the left mixing flap 7 is shown in a position in which fresh air from above is mixed with return air from the room. The right mixing flap is shown in a position in which the fresh air is shut off and at the same time there is a full opening for the return air 12. The setting can be done by hand, but the mixing flaps 7 are advantageously connected via a wire or some other connection to one or more control flaps 13 'in one or more ventilation chimneys in which fans 14 are installed. The adjustment of all flaps connected to one another in this way can then take place with the sand or with the aid of one or more servo motors 16 in response to a signal from a thermostat or hygrometer (not shown).

Auf diese Weise entsteht eine der· Anzahl der Sperrplatten 21 entsprechende Anzahl von Luftspalten 25 über den Umkreis des Verteilerkopfes 3» wodurch Luft teppichartig in Luftstrahlen 26 in alle Richtungen geblasen wird.located plates 18, 19, the upper plate 18 of which has a circular opening in the middle for the fan 17, and the lower plate has a distribution ring 20 extending from the center, which has the task of 'the air from the vertical into the to turn horizontal sighting and then to direct the air evenly to the circumference of the distributor head 3. About the circumference of the bite guide plates 18, 19 a number of the locking plates 21 is spread, die.in an advantageous embodiment in 5 1 Xg. 5 are shown. The locking plates 21 are made of a relatively thin, flexible material and have a tubular part 22, which serves to receive a bolt 23, and two splayed flags 24-. The locking plates 21 are rotatably mounted about the bolts 23. The bolts 23 serve, on the one hand, to firmly connect the two guide plates 18, 19 to one another, and, on the other hand, to hold the blocking plates 21 in this position after they have been set in a desired direction of the air flow. In this way, a number of air gaps 25 corresponding to the number of blocking plates 21 is created over the circumference of the distributor head 3 », whereby air is blown like a carpet in air jets 26 in all directions.
As shown in Fig. 2, a square (rectangular) Room supplied with air by the injection devices. In most cases these are rectangular To supply trees with air and in such rooms are the distances from the blower to the corners of the room longer than the distances to the sides. It is therefore desirable to be able to send larger amounts of air into the corners of such a room than against the Parallel sides of the room. A method by which this, can be achieved, shall be explained according to FIG. 4. The cross section shown in FIG. 4 through a distributor head 5 according to FIG. 3 is through the two

Lines AB and CD divided into four parts. Each quarter formed in this way is now divided into five Y-angle sections 27 of equal size with the aid of four centering lines a. Each angular segment represents the same amount of air. It is assumed that the fan distributes an equal amount of air into all seals with the help of the distributor ring. If the center points of the pins 23 are now arranged parallel to the sides of the two guide plates 18, 19, four pin centering lines b can be drawn. The intersections of the lines b with the lines a result in the points 28, as shown in the upper left part of FIG. This is where the bolts 23 must sit if the air volume is to be distributed evenly in all directions even after it has left the distributor head. In the lower left quarter of FIG. 4, the partition plates 21 are arranged on this 7 / iron. If more air is to be blown from the air gaps into the corners, the bolts can be removed from points 28 so that the air gaps in the corners are larger at the expense of the air gaps on the side, v / ie in the upper left quarter of the! . 4 zA can be seen. Finally, in the lower right quarter of FIG. 4 it is shown that the locking plates 21 can be rotated about the bolts 23 and the lugs 24 can be bent so that the air can be directed into the desired sifting. The air gaps can also be closed more or less, which is advantageous in rooms with an irregular shape.
The guide plates 18, 19 can also be circular, oval, or rectangular, with the locking plates 21 can be attached as explained above.
