Rektoskop.Rectoscope.

Die Heuerung' bezieht sich auf ein Rektoskop, d.n. ein Gerät zur lokalen Diagnostik und Therapie des menschlichen Enddarmes. Bei der Anwendung des seit langem bekannten und allgemein üblichen Rektoskopes gelingt es zuweilen schwer oder gar nicht, in den Flexureingang einzudringen, der gewöhnlich spalt-, ring- oder tabaksbeuteiförmig verschlossen ist. Gerade aber in dem ninter dem Flexureingang befindlicnen Sigma sind krankhafte Prozesse sehr häufig.The hiring 'refers to a rectoscope, i.e. a device for local diagnosis and therapy of the human Rectum.
