Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bremsschloß für Fahrräder mit Feststellriegel als Sicherung gegen Diebstahl. Das Bremsschloß wirkt in bekannter Weise auf die gewöhnliche von der Lenkgabel aus beeinflußte Handbremse. Die Erfindung besteht in der Anordnung eines einstellbaren Anschlages in der hohlen Bremsstange der Handbremse. Durch diese Anordnung wird erreicht, daß der Bremsschuh entsprechend der Abnutzung verstellt werden kann, so daß eine Sicherung des Rades in der eingestellten Bremslage der Handbremse jederzeit gewährleistet ist.The invention relates to a brake lock for bicycles with a locking bolt as a backup against theft. Bei der dargestellten Ausführungsform ist das an sich bekannte Schloß in dem oberen hohlen Teil g der Gabel b angeordnet. Die Hülse c, in welcher der Sperrbolzen α verschiebbar ist, wird durch eine Schraube h am Gestell befestigt. Die Bremsstange wird in bekannter Weise von einem an der Lenkstange entlang geführten Hebel k bewegt und trägt den in einem Schuh liegenden Bremskörper m. Die Sicherung des Rades geschieht wie folgt: Nach dem Herunterdrücken der Brems-, stange d wird der Sperrbolzen in bekannter Weise durch einen Schlüssel q vorgestoßen und ein wenig gedreht, so daß sich der Stift r in den Schlitzteil s des Winkeleinschnittes t der Hülse c legt. Dabei greift der Sperrbolzen α in den Schlitz u der Bremsstange d und legt sich auf den Bolzen e, so daß die Bremsstange bezw. der Bremskörper m in der heruntergedrückten Stellung festgehalten wird (Fig. 3 a). Entsprechend der Abnutzung des Bremskörpers m wird der BoI-zen e in dem Rohr d nach oben geschraubt.
