Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Schneiden von Fleisch, Brot u. dgl., bei welcher die Drehbewegung des hin- und hergehenden Messers am Hubende umgekehrt wird. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Schneidevorrichtung sowohl bei der Hin- wie auch bei der Rückbewegung einen Schnitt vollführt.The invention relates to a device for cutting meat, bread and the like which reverses the rotary motion of the reciprocating knife at the end of the stroke. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist in der Zeichnung in

In einem Gehäuse α befinden sich zwei Kettenradgetriebe b, c, welche mittels einer
an einem Schwungrad d befestigten Handkurbel e durch Vermittlung von Kegelrädern
f, g und Kettenrädern h, i, j und k in Bewegung gesetzt werden. An dem Kettentrieb
c ist ein aufrechtstehender Stift / befestigt (Fig. 2). Dieser Stift greift in einen
kreisförmigen Ausschnitt m (vgl. auch Fig. 3) einer die Schneidevorrichtung, ein rotierendes
Messer n, tragenden Schieberplatte 0 ein. Die Platte ist in Längsnuten des Gehäuses geführt.
