Die HEIDE- Luxationshose ist eine Art Windelhose mit einem lose eingesetzten Spreizteil zum: Auseinanderspreizen der Beine. Sie
dient besonders zur Heilung von leichten Huftgelenksdysplacien
und angeborenen Huftgelenksluxationen bei. Säuglingen und.Kleinkindern.
Die HEIDE - Luxationshose ist aus einem bunten Azetylenkunststoff gefertigt und gliedert sich auf in Rückenteil, Durchzuglatz
und Vorderteil. Das Rückenteil ist romboidartig zugeschnitten, darangenäht sind 4 Lochgummistücke von je 12 cm Länge.
Fest angebracht sind auch 2 Träger aus dem gleichen Kunststoff mit eingenähtem Baumwollband, Breite j50 mm. In der Mitte der Hose

des Rückenteiles angeknöpft werden. Das Spreizteil wird in
verschiedenen Größen, je nach Alter des Kindes, hergestellt und in
den Latz eingezogen. Die Größe des Spreizteiles wird in cm angegeben und bestimmt zugleich auch die Größe der Luxationshose. Als
Mindestgröße gilt 12 cm und von dieser Größen-Nr. an wird die .
Luxationshose jeweils in dem Abstand von 2 cm bis zu einer Größe von j56 cm angefertigt. Das Spreizteil setzt sich aus 4-8 Buchenholzstäben zusammen, die in einem 2,5 mm starken Moltonstoff fest
eingenäht werden. Das Ganze wird dann mit dem Azetylen-Kunststoff überzogen. An.den Enden des Spreizteiles befindet sich ein Latz
zum Schütze der Kniekehlen. Dieser ist kreuzweise abgesteppt und wird entweder mit Molton- oder Polyätelensehaumstoff ausgefüttert.
