Derartige Einrichtungen sind als zweirädrige, mit Handgriffen versehene Einheiten, in ähnlicher Ausführung wie die bekannten Sackkarren bereits bekannt. Sie Neuerung besteht darin, eine solche Einrichtung mit zwei zu den üblichen festen Rädern mit zusätzlichen Schwenkrädern auszurüsten, die so angeordnet sind, daß sie beim Ankippen um ein Geringes über die Schwerpunkts-Gleichgewichtslage hinaus zum Aufsetzen auf den Boden kommen. In dieser stabilen Lage wird die Einrichtung dadurch zu einem vierrädrigen Fahrgestell mit dem Vorteil, daß in dieser Endstellung die Griffe nicht mehr zum Ausbalancieren, sondern nur noch zum Lenken benötigt werden.
