Claims (9)

X-6107 Europäische Patentanmeldung : 85 309 216.1 Europäische Veröffentlichung: 0 187 019 Anmelder : Eli Lilly and Company Patentansprüche
1. Salz von N-[3-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)-1-methylpropyl]-2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) ethylamin mit einer Säure der Formel I
(OHC2-C1 ^Alkyl-H-COOH) 1 _2 .
2. Dobutamxntartrat.
3.Dobutamin-(+)-tartrat.
4. Feste kristalline filtrierbare freie Base von Dobutamin.
5. Pharmazeutische Formulierung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich hierbei um eine wäßrige Lösung eines Dobutaminsalzes nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 in Verbindung mit einem Antioxidans handelt.
6. Pharmazeutische Formulierung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich hierbei um eine wäßrige Lösung von Dobutamin-(+)-tartrat und Natriumbisulfit handelt.
7. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Salzes von Dobutamin und einer Säure der Formel
(OHC2-C11 -Alkyl-HCOOH) 1 _2 (D,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man
(a) Dobutamin als freie Base mit der Säure der Formel (I) neutralisiert oder
(b) ein Säureadditionssalz von Dobutamin einer metathetischen Reaktion mit einem Salz der Säure der Formel (I) unterzieht.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man als Säure der Formel (I) Weinsäure verwendet.

9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man als Säure der Formel (I) (+)-Weinsäure verwendet.
