In dem Flammenrohre ι des Kessels 2 ist die Schnecke 3 mit ihrer Welle 4 auf den Böcken 5 gelagert. Die Welle 4 geht durch die Wand 6, welche den Kessel nach hinten abschließt und trägt auf ihrem freien Ende die Kurbel 7, mit deren Hilfe die Schnecke gedreht werden kann. Zwei Bunde 8 auf der Welle 4 verhindern ihre Verschiebung. Innerhalb' des Flammenrohres ist die Welle 4 in Böcken 5 gelagert (Fig. 2). Es sind Bügel, welche oben ein Lager 9 für die Welle 4 tragen und an ihrer Unterseite mit Stellschrauben IO versehen sind, mit denen sie sich auf das Flammenrohr stützen. Die Schrauben 10 sind unten mit einem Kopf versehen. Durch diese Lagerung soll ver-. hindert werden, daß das Flammenrohr zur Befestigung der Lager durchbrochen werden muß, und daß die aufgewirbelte sowie die am Boden des Flammenrohres sich fortschiebende Flugasche von' den Lagerböcken festgehalten wird.
