Description

  • Autopedal aus Kunststoff Die Neuerung betrifft ein Autopedal aus Kunststoff.
  • Zweiteilige Autopedale mit Scharnier sind bekannt. Der eine Teil wird am Boden festgeschraubt, während der andere, um die Scharnierstifte schwenkbar, zur Betätigung der entsprechenden Einrichtung dient.
  • Gemäß der Neuerung wird ein solches Pedal aus Kunststoff in einem Stück gespritzt oder gegossen, wobei das Scharnier durch einen dünnwandigen Kunststoffteil ersetzt ist. Als Kunststoff eignet sich vornehmlich Polypropylen, welches besonders hohe Dauerfestigkeit bei Biegebeanspruchung hat.
  • Die Zeichnung zeigt beispielsweise schematisch eine Ausführungsforn der Erfindung. In dieser Zeichnung ist 2 der am Boden festzuschraubende Teil mit den Schraubenlöchern 3, 4 ist der bewegliche Teil, der um eine Achse 5 schwenkbar ist. Das ganze Pedal einschließlich der Scharnierachse 5 ist einstückig aus Kunststoff (Polypropylen) gespritzt oder gegossen.

Claims (2)

  1. Schutzansprüche : 1. Autopedal, von dem ein Teil am Boden festgeschraubt ist, - während der andere Teil, um ein Scharnier schwenkbar, die Einrichtung bedient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pedal einschliesslich des Scharniers (5) einstückig aus Kunststoff gespritzt oder gegossen ist.
  2. 2. Pedal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Werkstoff Polypropylen verwendet wird.
