MfgeMe. 2- ".

The innovation relates to an infusion bag in shape
a flat or bottom bag made of wet strength; n, permeable
Paper or the like
As such infusion bags for tea, coffee or the like.
ago flat bags with and without bottom / old and multi-chambered
Flat bags became known. Has in these bag shapes
it has been shown that if there is a strong
When the contents of the bag swell, a special pressure is exerted on the bag wall and the contents of the bag are thus compressed, so that thorough and rapid leaching is prevented.

In order to avoid these disadvantages, according to the essential feature, the innovation for infusion bags of the present type suggested that the wall of the bag one or more

Advantage that they can be used in a dry state,
sand and take up only a small amount of space when they are stored, but when the contents of the bag are brewed, the cross-section is enlarged in accordance with the increase in volume that the bag is not put under any particular pressure, i.e. the bag contents are not compressed.

richtungderselben zwei V-formige Quetschfalten 2, 3 gelegt.
t.The innovation is explained in more detail below with reference to preferred exemplary embodiments and schematic drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment

Embodiment;
Fig. 4 shows the bag according to Fig. 3 in cross section;

All features of the below described and illustrated
The examples provided are essential to the innovation.
For the two illustrated embodiments, a

a one-sided plastic coating heat-sealable
machist.
When producing the bag 1 either in
the cut or in the cut sheet in each case in the longitudinal
two V-shaped pinch folds 2, 3 are placed in the same direction.
The cut prepared in this way then becomes in itself
known way either a flat bag (Fig. 3) or by
Attaching a bottom fold 4 a bottom fold bag (Fig. 1)
formed by welding the side edges 5, 6.
In the latter case z. B. by inserting an
location or other suitable measures that the
Bottom fold 4 at the side seams 5 and 6 not glued together,
can easily open later. After entering
fill the contents of the bag head 7 is also perschwe iß t.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the pinch folds 2, 3 are directed outwards, so that the central part of the The front and back of the bag are on the outside. Opposite are
in the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the pinch
fold 2, 3 inwardly directed towards each other, so there, 6 the
The middle part of the front and back of the bag is inside and
is partially covered by the folds 2J.
When the contents of the bag swell, these middle parts become
pressed outwards, so that from the initially flat bag
a tree bag with a correspondingly larger volume is created.
Of course, it is also possible within the scope of the innovation to provide either only one or more than two folds of the type mentioned in the bag wall, the latter when the increase in volume of the contents is particularly large. These folds can also be found with the same success across the longitudinal
in the direction of the bag. Finally, according to the innovation, it is possible to be able to design the bag like a harmonica. If necessary, the number of folds can also be selected to be so large that a kind of pleating of the bag walls is created.
(Fig. 5).
Instead of welding, the closure of the infusion bag also shown in FIG. 5 by folding the head part
and d are made by securing the fold with a staple or by sewing. It is also within the scope of the innovation to design a hanging bag of the types described above in such a way that a hanging thread or strip with a label is attached to the head fastener in a manner known per se. (Fig. 5). Instead of a yerk-
material, it is of course also possible to use uncoated
to use the material on which the later seam
provide a suitable glue, e.g. B. a hot glue known
Art or the like is applied.
