Bekannt sind Vorhänge, die aus Naturfasern, z. B. aus Bauen-

7 ! wolle, oder aus Chemiefasern auf Basis von Cellulose-
hydrat oder Cellulosederivatte. bestehen.

Die bisher bekannten Vorhänge erfüllen jedoch nicht alle
an sie gestellten Anforderungen. So zeigen sie vor allen
Dingen eine ungenügende Lichtbeständigkeit, so daß sie

in verhr. ltnisläßig kurzer Zeit unbrauchbar werden. Ein
weiterer Nachteil der bisher bekannten Vorhänge besteht
darin, da (sie auf umständliche V/eise gereinigt und ge-
pflegt werden müssen.
Derneuerungsfenäe Vorhang ist dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daC er aus einen Gewebe besteht, dessen Kett-und/oder
fchußfädon ganz oder teilweise aus Stapelfasergarnen
oder Faden aus einer Mischpolymerisat aus Vinylidendi-
nitril und Vinylacetat bestehen.
Der neuruns/emäße Vorhang besitzt erhebliche Vorteilen
Vor allen Dinj'ei. ist er hervorragend lichtbeständig. Ferner

la t er sicl leicht naschen, nach den haschen trocknet er
r-ehr schnell und besitzt außerdem eine ausgezeichnete
Z- ! t.
Der neue Vorhanj kann sowohl matte alp auch glänzende
Fhden oder Fasergarne aus des Mischpolymerisat aus
Vinylidendinitril und Vinylacetat enthalten.
Der neuerunjeLe Vorhang ist für die verschiedensten
Z"'ocke geeignet, so z. B. als'Übergardine ;, Markise oder
als Sonnenschutzvorhang.
Der neuerunsen.''e Vorhang ist durch die beiliegende
Zeichnung näher erläutert.
Schutzansprüche :
1. Vorhang, dadurch gekennzeichnet ; daß er aus einem
Ge'vebe besteht, dessen Kett-und/oder Schußfäden ganz
oder teilweise aus Stapelfasergarnen oder Fäden aus
einem Mischpolymerisat aus Vinylidendinitril und Vinyl-
acetat bestehen.
2. Vorhang nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Fasergarne oder Fden ganz oder teilweise glänzend
sind.
3. Vorhang nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Fnsergarne oder Fäden ganz oder teilweise matt sind.
