Description

  • "Verschluß für Papptrommeln. II Papptrommeln verschiedenster Größen werden vielfach als Verpackungs-und Transportbehälter für verschiedenartige, vorzugsweise für pulverförmige Materialien verwandt. Sie sind meist oben durch einen runden Deckel verschlossen, dessen Peripherie zu einem Ring hochgezogen ist. Abb. 1 zeigt einen Schnitt durch das Oberteil eines solchen Fasses. An der Oberkante des Faßrumpfes 1 ist außen der Verstärkungsring 2 derart befestigt, daß der Verstärkungsring etwas über die Oberkante des Faßrumpfes hinausragt. Der hochgezogene Ring 3 des Deckels liegt an der Innenseite des Faßrumpfes an. An der Außenseite des Ringes 3 ist der Verstärkungsring 4 befestigt, der mit seiner Unterkante auf der Oberkante des Faßrumpfes 1 aufliegt und so ein Hineinrutschen des Deckels in das Faß verhindert. Zum Verschließen des Faßes dient die biegsame, bzw. aus einem Blechstreifen bestehende Verschlußlasche, strichpunktiert in geöffneter Stellung und ausgezogen in Verschlußstellung wiedergegeben. « q Gegenstand der Neuerung ist nun ein verbesserter Verschluß, bei dem die Verschlußlasche 5 an der Innenseite des Verstärkungsringes 2 befestigt ist.
  • Die Befestigung kann wie in Abb. 2 mit Hilfe eines Nietes vorgenommen werden ; die Verschlußlasche kann aber auch mit Widerhaken oder mit anderen Mitteln an dem Verstärkungsring befestigt sein.
  • Der Vorteil dieser Anordnung besteht darin, daß die zwischen dem Verstärkungsring 2 und Verstärkungsring 4 eingeklemmte Verschlußlasche gegen Beschädigung oder Ausreißen beim Transport der Pappfäßer geschützt ist.

Claims (1)

  1. Aus einer biegsamen Verschlußlasche bestehender Verschluß für Pappfäßer mit eingelegtem, einen hochgezogenen Ringförmigen Rand besitzendem Verschlußdeckel dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußlasche 5 an der Innenseite des äußeren Verstärkungsringes 2 befestigt ist. .
