Z i g a r e t t e n e t u i Die Neuerung betrifft ein Zigarettenetui.
Es sind Zigarettenetuis aus Holz, Kunststoff, Silber od. dgl. bekannt. Diese Etuis
bestehen aus zwei klappbaren Deckel-
hälften, welche Miteinander verbunden sind und in die betd-
seitig die Zigaretten nebeneinander liegend eingeschichtet werden können. Hierbei
werden die Zigaretten im allgemeinen in den beiden durch Scharnier od. dgl. miteinander
verbundenen Deckelhälften durch ein Gummiband, Ripsband od. dgl. in dieser Lage

Diese an sich bekannten Zigarettenetuis haben den nachteil, daß die
Zigaretten aus der handelsüblichen Zigarettenpackung
herausgenomsen und eingeschichtet werden wUesen. Hierbei
ergibt sich, daß der Tabak auf beiden Seiten der Zigarette
leicht herausfällt und daß ferner die Zigaretten bei. Halten
durch das Gumulbändchen od. dgl. sehr häufig gekleaBtt b&w
gedrückt werden und wodurch sie beschädigt werden. Der Gegenstand der Neuerung bezweckt
nun, diese aufgezeigten Nachteile zu verbessern bzw. ganz zu vermeiden. Zu diesem
Zweck besteht die Neuerung darin, daß das Gehäuseunterteil
dieForm und Größe einer festen Uahtillung für eine handels-
übliche Sehnen-oder ZwBIfer-Zigarettenpackung aufit,
wobeistirnseitig ein aufklappbarer Deckel augeordnet ist,
derart, daß die Zigurette wundstückseitigaus der Packung
herausziehbarist.
Neuerungogewäß ist der klappbarc eckel einseitig &N die
Packung aufnehmenden Gehäuseunterteil vermittels eines
Scharniers cd. dgl » ungelenkt und zwar derart, daß es
möglich Ist, das Gehäuseunterteil in einer liand zu fassen
und mit dem Dan. 8n der Hand den neckel nach Belieben auf-
und zuzuklappen. Damit der Daumen beim Auf-und Zuklappen
ets ckels nicht abrutschen kann, ist aa der Sct <<i eM
scharnier um nächste liegt und an der zweckmäßigerweise der
Daumen angreift, eine Riffelung in Form einer lunge-bzw.
querriffelungvorgesetion.

Blech oder Solz, ggf. aus Leöer, aber auch aus Kunststoff

Der Gegenstand der Neuerung weist den Vorteil auf, daß die
sehr leichten und drucketspfindlichen Zigaretteapackungen
beim Tragen in der Tasche nicht beschädigt werden Mnnen.
Hierdurch ergibt sielt der weitere Vorteil, daß die Zigarette
demzufolge ihre Form beibehält und Tabakverluste durch Aus-
krüaelunß nicht zu verzeichnen sind. Hinzu kommt, daß der
Tabak der in dem neuerungegtaäßen Etui aufbewahrten Zigaretten
nicht mehr austrocknen kann und soait uch kein Verlust des
Arowas eintritt,
Lin weiterer Vorteil ist, daß die Zigaretten in ihrer Imndels-
Mblichen Verpackung aufbewahrt und nach Bedarf wieder nachge-
füllt werden kUnDen und das Etui in iner Hand gehalten, wobei
mit den Bäumen oder Zeigefinger der Deckel geöffnet oder ge-
schlossen worden kann.
