Etui für:2igarettenpackungen Die Erfindung betrifft ein Etui
für .Zigarettenpackungen mit einem an der Stirnseite angeordneten aufklappbaren
Deckel. Derartige Etuis sind bekannt. Da bei ihnen die Zigarettenpackung mit dem
Rand des Etuis abschließt, ist es schwierig nach Öffnen des Deckels einzelne Zigaretten
herauszunehmen. Zur Erleichterung der Entnahme wird daher üblicherweise entweder
die ganze Packung oder einzelne
Zigaretten etwas herausgeschüttelt.
Eine solche Handhabung ist sehr unbe, quem, da sich häufig die Packung entweder
erst nach wiederholtem und energischem Klopfen bewegt oder gleich ganz herausfällt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, diese Nachteile zu überwinden und mit
einfachsten Mitteln zu erreichen, daß beim Öffnen des Etuis die Zigaretten stets
griffbereit dargeboten werden: Diese@Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß
im Innern des Etuis ein elastisches
Teil angebracht ist, das nach vollständigem
Einschieben einer Zigaretten-
packung in das Etui gespannt, vorzugsweise gedehnt
ist. Gemäß einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausbildung der Erfindung
besteht das
elastische Teil aus einem Gummiband, das an zwei gegenüberliegenden
Wänden des Etuis befestigt ist und in entspanntem Zustand die dem Deckel
gegenüberliegende
Wand nicht berührt. Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiter-
bildung
bildet das Gummiband eine zum Deckel hin offene Schlinge und ist am Rande
des Etuis befestigt.
Der Deckel ist vorteilhafterweise um ein Scharnier
drehbar, das diesen
nach Lösen einer Verriegelung automatisch aufklappt.
Das
erfindungsgemäße Etui eignet sich bei entsprechender Dimensionierung auch für die
Aufbewahrung von Zigarrenpackungen. Der Gegenstand der Erfindung soll anhand des
in der Zeichnung perspektivisch dargestellten schematischen Ausführungsbeispiels
noch näher erläutert werden. Das Etui 1 ist der Form einer Zigarettenpackung angepaßt
und vorzugsweise mit Leder, Kunstleder oder Stoff überzogen. Es ist mit einem um
ein Scharnier 2 drehbaren Deckel 3 verschließbar. Das Scharnier ist dabei in bekannter
Weise so ausgebildet, daß es den Deckel automatisch öffnet, sobald die Verriegelung
4a, 4b durch Drücken auf den Knopf 4a gelöst wird. Es ist an einem die Öffnung des
Etuis umschließenden, vorzugsweise metallischen Rahmen 5 befestigt. Der Deckel ist
von einem entsprechenden Rahmen 3a eingefaßt. Die in dem Etui 1 aufbewahrte Zigarettenpackung
6 mit den Zigaretten 7 ragt bei geöffnetem Deckel 3 um etwa 1 cm hervor. Dabei ist
das Gummiband 8, das unter dem Rahmen 5 befestigt ist, ent-spannt.
Beim Zuklappen
des Deckels 3 wird die Zigarettenpackung in das Etui hineingedrückt. Dabei wird
das Gummiband 8 gedehnt und damit gespannt. Die Nase 4b des am Deckel angebrachten
Verriegelungsteils rastet in
einen Vorsprung an dem mit einem Knopf
versehenen Verriegelungsteil 4a ein. Das Etui ist geschlossen. Beim Lösen der Verriegelung
durch einfachen Druck auf den Knopf 4a springt der Deckel 3 auf und die Zigarettenpackung
6 wird durch das Gummiband 8 automatisch in die vorgeschobene Stellung gebracht.
Die Zigaretten können ohne Schwierigkeit aus der Packung entnommen werden.
