Strasaenleuchten besitzen neben der Lampe in der Regel einen parabolischen Reflektor
der fest eingebaut ist und vielfach einen Teil des Leuchtengehäuses bildet. Eine
Anpassung der Lichtausstrahlung an die Strassenabmessungen kann zwar bei derartigen
Leuchten durch Veränderung der Aufhängehohe, des Leuchtenabstandes, der Mastanordnung
und des Abstrahlwinkels erreicht werden, jedoch beschränkt man sich praktisch nur
auf eine Veränderung der Aufhängehohe, wobei aber auch das Beleuchtungsniveau verändert
wird. Eine Anpassung durch Änderungen an der fertigen Leuchten, deren Lichtverteilungskurve

Die Einstellung der einzelnen Spiegel kann für die gegebenen Strassenverhältnisse
bei der Montage der Leuchten erfolgen, wobei in der Regel die Festlegung der Einstellung
an einer Musterleuchte genügt. Es müssen sich aber auch noch Korrekturen der Einstellung
an der an Ort und Stelle angebrachten Leuchte vornehmen lassen. Die Einstellung
der Spiegel kann insbesondere so erfolgen, dass die beleuchteten Flächen der Strasse
