Sheet metal housing of an oil stove
The invention relates to the formation of a housing made of sheet metal for oil stoves.
In the case of oil stoves, the burner units must be kept clean and
Control and, if necessary, repairs must be easily accessible. About accessibility
to achieve, one has so far with oil stoves in the front, similar to that with
In the case of coke ovens, hinged doors are arranged. But these are very disadvantageous,
because on the one hand the hinges have to be very strong and on the other hand the door itself must be very strong
must have sufficient dimensional stability for their always clean closing,
which 'can accordingly only be achieved by a strong door wall or the like'.
It has also been suggested to attach the oil burner to the door itself
and swivel out of the furnace housing when the door is opened. According to this suggestion
the hinges and the doors themselves must be made even more powerful.
horizontale gelagerten Zapfen teilweise umgreifen.

Darstellung. The innovation is based on the basic idea of doing without conventional doors in oil stoves and at the same time giving the stove a large-area appearance. To achieve this goal is proposed according to the invention, at a Sheet metal housing of an oil stove to the front wall with funds
to provide their removal. In the case of an oil stove, there is
derwand expediently from a contiguous area; others
The inside of the oven is arranged on hooks,
which in corresponding locks, preferably slots,
the furnace housing. According to a further embodiment according to the invention, the front wall consists of two. surfaces divided by a horizontal joint, the upper surface being provided with hooks on the inwardly curved side rims of the panel forming the surface. which engage in the furnace body, while the lower surface of smaller size is rotatable and removable around two pins. On the lower surface, which consists of a sheet of metal with the flanges bent towards the inside of the furnace, a metal hook is attached, preferably welded, to the shelves near the lower edge, which have a semicircular recess with an outwardly widening slot and their recesses a partially encompass horizontal journals on the furnace body. The lower sheet metal part is then expediently equipped with a snap lock for clamping to the furnace body at the end facing the axis of rotation. equip.
The innovation is explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment:

In Figures 1-3, 1 and 2 are the two made of sheet metal
ite walls designated. The front wall 3 is suspended between these two side walls.
For this purpose, there are two inwardly projecting on the front wall 3 on both sides
hook-shaped sheet metal pieces 4, preferably attached by spot welding, which are shown in
corresponding slots on folds 5 of the side walls 1 and 2 engage.
