Die Neuerung betrifft eine Schloßfalle mit einem Fa. llensohwan.

und einem Pallenkopf.
Aufgabe der Neuerung ist es, eine SohloBtaUe mit einem besondere
verschleißfesten Fallenkopt zu schaffen.
Zur LSaung dieser Abgebe ist es bekannt, verschleißfeste Kunst-
stoffe ZH. verwenden, die neben dem Vorteil einer hohen Verschleiß,

festigkeit noeh andere Vorteile bieten, weil sie u, a. auch
ge-
räuschdampfend, stoßdSmpfend, leicht und arbeitsspßr&nd
sind.
Bei einer bekannten Bauart besteht die ganze Falle aus verschleiß
festem Kunststoff. Das hat den Nachteil, daß sich das Fallenende
bei Übermäßig starker Beanapruohung der Falle durch die Nuß
ab-
biegt. Auch hat aioh gezeigt daß ea auf diese Weise nicht ge-
lingt$ den Verschlelß zu vermindern, weil die Fallenftlhrung
durch den scharfen FallenduM'ohbro. oh in der Stulpe geführt
werden
muß, dessen Xantensohärfe auch einen verschleißfesten Kunststoff
angreift. Derartige Fallen haben nach kurzer Zeit soviel Spiel,
daßsie unbrauchbar sind,
Bei einer anderen bekannten Konetrnktion besteht die Falle
eben-
fallsganz aua einem verschleißfesten Kunststoff. Zusätzlich
ist
dabei die der Schräge des Pallenkopfea gegenüberliegende Seite
mit einer dQanen Metallplatte versehen die aber das Abbiegen
des
Fallenendea nicht vermeidet und auch den Verschleiß nicht weaeat-
liehvermindert,
Es kommt hiwue daß Schloßtallenp die nur ans Kunststoff bestehen,
bei stumpf einsohlagenden fliren leteht abgesägt werden kb
o
daß das Schloß seinen Zweck nicht erfüllt.
Die Neuerung vermeidet diese Nachteile durch die Schaffung
einer
Schloßfalle, deren Fallenkopf aus einem verschleißfesten Kunst-
stoff besteht, der mit dem Pallenschwanz verankert ist.
Zweckmäßig kann die Verankerung mit dem Pallensohwans einstöckig
ausgebildet sein.
Bei einer praktischen Auaführungsform besteht die Verankerung
aus
zwei Lappen, die aas dem Pallenachw&nz ausgestanzt und
aus ihm
herausgebogen sind. Dabei ist der Fallenkopf um die Verankerungs-
lappen herumgespritztt fallt die Stanslõoher aue und bildet
an den
ObeiELäohen und Kanten der Verankeyungslappen eine dtüme verschleiß-
feste Schicht.
Die Neuerung ist in d, Zeicbuung anhand eines Aueführungebeiapiels
veranschaulicht.

DieSchloBfalle beateht aas einem aus Netall geatanzten Pallen-
schwanz 1 mit einem ausgebogenen Winkel 2 und einer FallenfUhr<mg3.
Der Pallenkopf 4 besteht aus einem verschleißfesten Kunststoff,
in den zwei Verenkero. ngalappen 5a und 5 b reichen, dia aus
dem
Fallenaohwanz 1 herausgearbeitet, beispielsweise ausgestanzt,
sein können. Die zwei Lappen 5a und 5b haben eine Neigung quer zur Fallenlängsrichtung
und sind um vorzugsweise gleiche Winkel 6a und 6b gegenueber der Fallenschwanzsbene
abgebogen. Beiderseits des Fallenkopfes 4 bleiben metallene Führungen 7a und 7b
stehen, die durch die
Fallenauaspa. rung der Stulpe fUhren. Die NeigWlg der Lappen

5b und die Winkel 6a und 6b sind derart gewählt, daß zwischen
den
Oberflächen des Pagenkopfes 4 und den Oberflächen oder Ka.
