Hierdurch melde ich folgende Erfindung zum Patent an :

Die Erfindung nimmt. Bezug, auf die bereits zum Patent ange-
meldeten Aj-Mü-Signiertypen mit konvexer (AI ; Oberflache
und konkavem Fuss (A2).
Alle bisherigen Typenhalter waren entweder gerade oder leicht
gewölbt, sodaß Typen mit gerader Oberfläche eingesetzt werden
konnten, und mittels Schrauben oder Federn zusammengehalten,
bezw. eingeklemmt wurden.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Walze als Haltevorrichtung (B)
für
ABSSE.'Typen (A), welche um die Walze herumgelegt, und so be-
festigt werden, dass sie schnell und leicht auswechselbar sind
;
Die Rolle kann aus Holz, Kunststoff oder Metall bestehen,.
Je
nach Bedarf, sind in die Walze eine oder mehrere Nuten (B2)
eingelassen. Jede Nut stellt sodann eine Schriftzeile dar,.
Der Buchstaben-Typenteil (A3) ist immer kleiner als der Fuss-
Typenteil (A4), welcher über den Buchstaben (A3) seitlich hinaus
steht. Die Nut hat die Länge~oder Breite und Höhe des Fusses
je nachdem, ob die Type in Quer oder Längsrichtung zur Achse
(B5)
gesetzt wird. Es ist dadurch möglich, kleinere oder grössere
Schriftzeichen in den Text zu setzen, weil der Fuss (A4-) immer
die NI M Grösse der Nut (B2) die gleichbleibend gross ist,

Die Nut wird von beiden Seiten durch ein verstellbares (B1)
und
ein festes (Bla) Halteband oder einen Reifen überragtb-dass-e-s-
den überstehenden Teil des Typenfusses überdeckt und hält.
Da
die Type elastisch ist, kann sie auch unter die beiderseitigen
Haltebänder (B1 + 1a) geschoben werden. Oder aberas verstellbare
Halteband wird in Richtung des MM Laufrandes (B4)
beiseite geschoben, die Type in die Nut gesetzt und das Halte-
band wieder über den Typenfuss geschoben.
Die Laufränder (B4) sind elastische Ringe, welche in einer
Nut
(B3) der Walze sitzen und in Höhe der Signiertypen (A1) über
die
galzenoberfläche hinausragen. Sie bewirken ein gleichmässiges
Laufen der Walze und können durch ihre Elastizität bei Uneben-
heiten nachgeben und bewirken dadurch'einwandfreie Stempelab-
drücke.
