Claims (6)

EPO 331 WK/ma PATENTANSPR Ü-C H E für die Vertragsstaaten BE, CH, DE, FR, GB, IT, LI, LU, NL, SE
1. Wäßrige pharmazeutische Präparate, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß sie Piroxicammonohydrat als Wirkstoff enthalten.
2. Pharmazeutische Präparate nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das Piroxicammonohydrat eine Teilchengröße im Bereich von 2 bis 10 &mgr; hat.
3. Pharmazeutische Präparate nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß sie in Form einer Suspension für die orale und parenterale Verabreichung mit einem Gehalt an 0,2 bis 5 Gew.-% Wirkstoff pro Dosiseinheitsform vorliegen.
4. Pharmazeutische Präparate nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß sie in Form von Cremes, Salben, Lotionen oder eines Gels für die topische Verabreichung mit einem Gehalt an 0,2 bis 5 Gew.-% Wirkstoff pro Einheitsdosis vorliegen.
5. Verfahren zur Herstellung von im wäßrigen Medium stabilem Piroxicammonohydrat, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man wäßrige Lösungen von Piroxicamsalzen mit einer organischen oder anorganischen Base bei pH 5 bis 6 mit wasserlöslichen organischen oder anorganischen Säuren behandelt.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man das Piroxicammonohydrat aus

Piroxicamainmonium- oder -kaliumsalzlösungen durch Zugabe von Salzsäure oder Essigsäure ausfällt.
