Beiden bekannten mpüllenfüller&richttmgen erfolgt die
Bewegttngsübertragung auf mechanischem Wege unter Verwen-
dung von Hebeln Schubstgen, Wellen und dergleicheno
Diese Art der Bewegungsübertragung hat sich deshalb als
unvorteilhaft erwiesen, weil vielfach komplizierte Ge-
n
triebe. erforderlich waren unddiesen oft die Formgebung
der Maschine beeinflußt wurden Außerdem läßtsich ein ge-
ringes Spiel zwischen den Getriebetoileng das sich nach
längerem Einsatz der Järlchtung durch den Verschleiß ;
den die Teile unterworfen sind, noch erhöht, nicht ver-
meiden. Bei der Verwendung vieler Getriebeteile summieren
sich die Ungenauigkeiten. Die Folge ißt, daß bspwò die
Ampullenftillung von der vorgesehenen Füllmenge abweicht.
Erfindungsgemäß wird eine AmpullenfÜllxyiohtung sorge-
sen-tagen,oei aey aüi einer BtOorse-crieeenen seile &ürven-
scheiben vorgesehen gina, dienen je ein Steuerzylinder mit
einemSteuerkolben und ein Gestänge zur Übertragung der
Steuerbewegung vbn der Kurvenscheibe auf den Steuerkolben
zugeordnet sind und wobei die Steuerzylinder über Leiten-
gen mit Arbeitsylindern verbunden sind, deren Kolben das
Senken und Heben der Fullnadely das Füllen und Leeren der
Dosierpumpeunddas Arbeiten der Abiehzange bewirken.
Die Ausbildung und Anordnung der Kurvesscheiben ist dabei
so betroffene aßdie Arbeitsmittel nacheinander'wirksam
werden
Damit während des Versohließena einer gefüllten Ampulle
schon eine neue Ampulle gefüllt werden kann, sind zweck-
mäßig die Abfüllstelle u d die Versehlißstelle örtlich

rung aus betätigt. Wenn es allerdings auf eine ganz ge-
naueFllun de Ampullen ankomm empfiehlt es sich für

rung vorzusehen. Für die Abziehzangen genügt jedoch in
jedem Fall eine gemeinsame Steuerung.
DieEinrichtung nach der Erfindung arbeitet ohne Reserve-
behälter und ermeglicht'die Anbringung eines neuen Arbeite
organes oder die Versetzung eines bereits vorhandenen, ohne
daß dabei auf Schubstangen Wellenlagerungen 2ahnradüber-
Setzungen oder dergl Rücksicht genommen su. werden brauchte
Der Bewegungsbereioh, insbesondere der Rücklauf eines jeden
Steuerkolbens ist zur Veränderung deg Hubvolumens herstell-
bar. Das Verstellen erfolgt weekNßig'mittels einer Stell-
schraube. Dadurch wird für die Umstellung von einer impul-
lengrößeauf eine'andere erheblieh weniger Zeit benasprucht
als bei den bisher bekannten Ampullenflleriehungen. Die
Saüberhaltung und Reinign der Einrichtung kann ebenfalls
leichter besorgt werdeni Außerdem jsind den Möglichkeiten
für die Formgebung der Masehine ßahezn keine Grenzen ge-
