Transportkleue.Transport Kleue.

The invention relates to a transport claw with toothed clamping plates which, when the load is lifted, are displaced by the latter on wedge surfaces against the lifting direction and thus clamp the load in the claw mouth. Because in the known transport claws the contact pressure required to hold the load between the clamping plates and the load is only achieved when the clamping plates together with the load have traversed a certain path in the opposite direction to the lifting direction, so the required contact pressure is not immediately applied when the load is lifted is present, there is a risk that the load will slide out of the claw mouth. tet and give rise to accidents, especially when z. Another disadvantage of the known transport claws. with clamping plates,

which is pressed against the load solely by the pulling action
is seen in the fact that it is time consuming and difficult
to release the trapped load from the clamp at the destination, and here again, similar to the erection of the sheet, there is also the risk that the clamp will open unintentionally when the sheet is pushed open and the sheet may slip. The purpose of the invention is to create an accident-free transport claw that does not have the deficiencies outlined above.

Lösen der Last beim.

It is characterized by devices for moving the clamping plates transversely in two directions, one in the direction of the load, and the other in the opposite direction. The device according to the invention allows a quick and safe clamping of the load between the clamping plates, regardless of a certain path of the load narrowly against the stroke direction, so that an unintentional loosening of the clamping with subsequent slipping of the load is excluded. Unintentional loosening of the load is also involved. It is not possible to set down the load, since the contact pressure that can be achieved by means of the device for the transverse displacement of the clamping plates is sufficient to cant or absorb the load, for example a sheet metal. Only by moving the clamping plates transversely with the aid of the appropriate device is the clamping released so far that the transport claw can be removed from the load. In order to increase the contact pressure between the clamping plates and the load that can be achieved by the device for transversely displacing the clamping plates, according to a further object of the invention, only one of the two clamping plates is provided with a transverse displacement device, while the other remains longitudinally displaceable in a manner known per se on a wedge surface. Of the i
m
with the help of the device for transversely moving the clamping plate
Achievable contact pressure on the load is sufficient to fold a sheet metal from a horizontal plane into a vertical one without having to worry about the sheet metal slipping out of the claw.
Bau-
form ist.Even when the load is pushed up, for example a sheet metal to be edged in the vertical plane, the locking cannot be released unintentionally, so that these lifting movements can be carried out safely. The large contact pressure required to lift the load is then set immediately when the load is lifted, namely by the fact that the load is the second. Clamping plate moves against the stroke direction on a wedge surface. This contact pressure is dependent on the weight of the load and adjusts itself automatically. The release of the lock is possible even with the highest contact pressure, that is, when lifting very heavy metal sheets, in the simplest way by sliding the first clamping plate with the help of the appropriate device, without the risk of an unintentional release of the lock. It has now also been shown that with horizontal toothing of the clamping plates, in particular if only. a clamp for. Lifting a sheet is used, for example, the transport claw slips to the side even at the highest contact pressures, if the sheet hangs crookedly in the claw, ie has not been grasped exactly in the middle to be provided with curved teeth, so that slipping to the side by this means. is prevented. So that the spiral-toothed clamping plates ensure a greater hold when the plate oscillates, it is further proposed to choose the radius of the B @ -gengear greater than the distance between the clamping plate and the suspension point of the transport claw. As a device for moving the clamping plate transversely, the invention proposes an adjusting screw 3 which engages in a bore in the clamping plate and is anchored to the latter by means of steel balls introduced into annular grooves. This has the advantage that the clamping plate can be moved transversely in both directions with one and the same adjusting screw. The clamping plate, which is longitudinally displaceable on a wedge surface, is furthermore held in its initial position according to the invention by a compression spring, so that the claw is always ready to receive. Another advantage of the transport claw according to the invention is that, considering the pre-compression of the load achieved by the transverse displacement of one clamping plate, only a slight path of the load against the lifting direction in the claw mouth has to be expected. The claw mouth can so be relatively short9 so that the claw of a small construction
shape is.
gerin-
ger Länge. Zum Einhängen des Lasthakens dient die Bohrung A".
Quer
der Transportklaue jeweils nur mit geringsten Kosten verbunden istoThe drawing shows an embodiment of the invention, namely in FIG. 1 a section through the claw and in FIG. view of the toothing of the clamping plates.
The claw A is of small design and the mouth A 'has a small
long length. Hole A "is used to hang in the load hook. Cross
to the direction of the claw mouth A 'slots are provided for inserting the clamping plates B and C. The clamping plate B is not longitudinally displaceable, but only transversely displaceable in both directions. The transverse displacement is achieved by means of the adjusting screw D, the end of the shaft of which is provided with a semicircular groove, which is also formed with a semicircular groove in the bore of the clamping plate B to a round groove, into which the opening
tion H steel balls G are inserted, whereupon the opening H is closed again. The clamping plate B is thus anchored to the adjusting screw D in such a way that it can be rotated unhindered. The second clamping plate 0 slides on a wedge surface in the longitudinal direction of the claw mouth and is held in the initial position by the compression spring F. The compression spring F is inserted through a hole in the claw A and held by a guide pin E. The clamping plates B, C are provided with curved teeth as shown in FIG. 2 and the radius R of the teeth is greater than the distance between the clamping plate B and the suspension hole A ". The curved teeth also have the advantage of uniform tooth loading when lifting larger loads two transport claws with an inclination towards the load hook The two clamping plates B, C can be easily exchanged, so that the repair of the transport claw is only associated with the lowest possible costs
