Das von mir entwickelte Gerät hat die Aufgabe von der täglich in den
Molkereien eingehenden Frischmilch und zwar von der angelieferten Menge eines jeden
Kunden einen gleichen Prozentsatz abzunehmen. Nach Anlieferung der gesamten Menge
kann dann aus der entnommenen Probemenge der Durchschnittsfettgehalt der gesamten
angelieferten Menge festgestellt werden. Den Aufbau des Gerätes zeigt beiliegende
