Claims (6)

PATENTANSPRÜCHE für die Vertragsstaaten BE, CH, DE, FR, GB, IT, LI, LU, NL, SE
1. Verbindungen der Formel I

worin R für Methyl, Ethyl oder Isopropyl steht, und ihre Salze mit pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Säuren.
2. Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, nämlich 2-(1,2,3,4-Tetrahydro-isochinolin-2-y1)ethyl 1,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethy1-4-(3-nitrophenyl)-5-methoxycarbonyl-pyridin-3-carboxylat, mono-hydrochlorid.
3. Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, nämlich 2-(1,2,3,4-Tetrahydro-isochinolin-2-yl)ethyl 1,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethy1-4-(3-nitrophenyl)-5-ethoxycarbony1-pyridin-3-carboxylat, mono-hydrochlorid.
4. Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, nämlich 2-(1,2,3,4-Teträhydro-isochinolin-2-yl)ethyl 1,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethy1-4-(3-nitrophenyl)-S-isopropoxycarbonyl-pyridin-S-carboxylat, mono-hydrochlorid.
5. Pharmazeutische Zubereitungen mit blutdrucksenkender Antiangitis-bzw. Antiangina-,Koronar- und peripherer vasodilatierenden Aktivität, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als aktiven Bestandteil eine oder mehrere Verbindungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 enhält.
6. Pharmazeutische Zubereitungen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß sie in einer
für die orale Verabreichung geeigneten Form vorliegen.
