Description
The invention relates to a masonry-like lining od in the form of walls, basins. Like. For be Ovens operated at high temperatures, such as SM ovens, converters or pans, consisting of combined set masonry bricks, each made up of layers of refractory ceramic see materials are built up by means of ii perpendicular to their stratification Ausneh Mungen arranged connecting pieces are held in their mutual position.
They are composite masonry bricks for lining ovens of the type mentioned at the beginning known (GB-PS 9 06 095), which consist of several one behind the other layered blocks that with the help of voi Connecting pieces are held together, wel before in corresponding perpendicular to the layer; extending recesses.
It is also known to make a masonry-like lining of industrial furnaces by that due to their shape interlocking stones in connection with metallic elements loosely are stacked so that the stones, which in turn have a block-like design, at Exposure to high temperatures can expand and shift independently of one another (FR-PS 11 79497)
The known designs of stones or masonry-like linings for ovens operated at high temperatures have the common deficiency that cracks or flaking occur easily in the area of their surfaces facing the oven interior as a result of the temperature change and uneven expansion, chemical reactions or phase changes. This results in considerable wear and tear, which is considerably greater than would be caused only by chemical reactions or abrasion. All attempts to remedy this by using a certain grain structure of the stones have not led to a satisfactory result.
The object of the present invention is to design a masonry-like lining of the type mentioned in such a way that it has a significantly higher thermal and mechanical load capacity than the known designs and thus leads to an increase in the stability of the lining.
To solve the above problem, the said lining is characterized according to the invention in that the stones consist of plates which, viewed across the thickness of the lining, are arranged in the direction of their shortest axes corresponding to a plate thickness of 20 to a maximum of 50 mm on the connecting piece, which is made of Refractory ceramic material is made and extends through through holes in the plates, the through holes in the plates and the cross section of the connecting piece being matched to one another so that the plates are fixed in their position on the connecting piece.
The stone composed of the plates forms a unified whole, whereby the individual parts can move against each other in such a way that, in the event of thermal, chemical or mechanical stress associated with changes in space, no stresses can arise that are large enough to exceed the breaking point of the material and to Crack formation or lead to flaking . The individual parts of the stone can be made from fine-grained masses composed according to the rules of oxide ceramics. They are then very dense and firm. But they can also consist of the usual refractory masses with the usual grain structure and are intestinally porous and flexible. In the first case, the stone composed of the plates is very gas-tight and slag-proof, while in the second case it is particularly resistant to mechanical stress,
Since experience has shown that cracks and flaking occur in the usual refractory bricks at a distance of 20 to 50 mm from the furnace side parallel to this side, hot bricks according to the present invention are provided with a plate thickness of the order of 20 to 50 mm, with the appropriate plate thickness of the chemical composition of the stones and the conditions prevailing in the furnace. The respective optimal panel thickness must be determined by calculation or experiment, whereby the largest permissible thickness should be selected for economic reasons.
The holding or fixing, ie the maintenance of the position of the individual plates on the connecting pieces, can be done in different ways. It is particularly useful if the length of the connecting piece is tapered and the layer sequence of the through holes in the plates is adapted to the cross-section of the connecting piece assigned to them, the plate being secured to the connecting piece with the smallest hole, e.g. B. by means of a split pin.
In another embodiment it is provided that the connecting piece along a perpendicular to the
Is layering extending wall has a toothing, in which at least a part of the plates arranged on the connecting piece engages. In this case, the connecting piece relative to the holes of the plates may have a lower to the engaging depth of the teeth dimension in the direction of the tooth depth and be filled in the plates by an insertable locking piece of the produced during engagement of the plates in the toothing free cross-section of the foramen ·.
With a toothed design of the connecting piece the holes in the plates can be of the same size and shape as well as meshing with the teeth Approaches be provided, or larger and smaller holes can alternate from plate to plate and each of the plates with the smaller holes engage in a tooth recess of the connecting piece.
während sich die Platten mit den größeren Löchern auf von den Zahnköpfen gebildeten Rippen abstützen.while the plates with the larger holes are supported on ribs formed by the tooth tips.
LJm eine günstige Verzahnung und Verbundbauweise bei der Bildung der Ausmauerung zwischen den einzelnen aus Platten bestehenden Steinen sicherzustellen, empfiehlt es sich, in der Schichtfolge der Platten jeweils Platten mit in der Draufsicht größeren Abmessungen und Platten mit in der Draufsicht kleineren Abmessungen hintereinander anzuordnen, wobei die größere Platten allseitig über die kleineren Platten überstehen.LJm a favorable interlocking and composite construction in the formation of the brickwork between the individual stones made of slabs, it is advisable to use the layers in the order of the panels in each case plates with larger dimensions in the plan view and plates with in the plan view to arrange smaller dimensions one behind the other, with the larger plates on all sides over the smaller ones Survive plates.
Further useful embodiments of the invention are shown in the description of the figures and in the subclaims.

Auskleidung aus den vorgenannten SteinenSides of the holes 9 in the plate 1 are longer than the longer sides of the holes 10 in the plates 2. The smaller holes 10 in the plates 2 are compared to the larger holes 9 in the plates 1 still in the cross section of the plate 2 after two adjacent ones Pages moved. The walls of the holes 9 and 10 are arranged vertically one above the other on three sides. On the fourth side, the wall of the holes 10 in the plates 2 protrudes into the channel formed by the holes 9 and 10. As a result of this arrangement, the plates 1 protrude on two adjacent sides and the plates 2 on the other two adjacent sides. The connecting piece 3 is inserted into the channel formed by the holes 9 and 10. It is rectangular in shape and has smooth surfaces on the two longest sides and on one short side. On the fourth side it has protruding ribs 4. These protruding ribs 4 engage under the plates 2. The height of the ribs 4 corresponds to the thickness of the plates 1. The depth is equal to the difference between the longest sides of the holes 9 in the plates 1 and the holes 10 in the plates 2. The width is equal to the length of the smallest side of the holes 9 or 10. The distance between the ribs 4 corresponds to the thickness of the plates 2. To anchor the stone in the masonry, especially in ceilings Simplify, the connecting piece 3 has at one end a hanging extension 7, which is T-shaped in the present case. The longest side of the rectangular cross-section of the connecting piece 3 including the height of the ribs 4 is smaller than the longest side of the holes 10 in the plates 2. As soon as the connecting piece 3 is inserted and the ribs 4 are pushed between the plates 2, the space between the side face of the connecting piece 3 opposite the ribs 4 and the side walls of the holes 9 and 10 of the locking pin 5. As a result, connecting piece 3 and plates 1 and 2 are connected to one another in such a way that a handling-resistant unit is formed. The locking pin 5 can be provided on one or more sides with a support 6 made of combustible material or between the side surfaces of the pin 5 and the side surface of the connecting piece 3 or the walls of the holes 9 and 10 , inserts made of such material can be arranged. The cross section of the split pin 5 is then kept smaller than the cross section of the remaining cavity. When the stove is heated up, these combustible substances burn and the stone or its individual parts can expand. The thickness of the deposits or requirements is to be measured accordingly. It is also possible to keep the height of the ribs 4 slightly greater than the thickness of the panels 1. In the joints thus formed between the panels 1 and 2, inserts made of combustible material can be placed, which also burn when the furnace is heated, see above that the plates can easily expand in the direction of the shortest axis of the plates 1 and 2. In particular, when the stone is used as a hanging stone in ceilings and the like, it is expedient to bevel the front surfaces of the ribs 4 so as to project downwards. The plates 1 cannot slip off when the plates 2 underneath are worn. The side wall of the holes 9 touching the front surface of the ribs 4 is then also beveled accordingly bevel this contacting wall of the hole 10 in the plates 2 accordingly.
In the embodiment shown, the plates 1 protrude on two adjacent sides and the plates 2 on the other two adjacent sides. When assembling a masonry-like lining according to the invention from the aforementioned stones
So two neighboring stones interlock so that a good bond is achieved. In order to achieve this, however, it is also possible to give every second plate a larger diameter in perpendicular to the shortest axis and, conversely, a smaller diameter in the case of the neighboring stone. The holes 9 and 10 in the plates 1 and 2 then do not need to be offset from one another; rather, the plates with the larger cross-section engage with one another, so that a good bond is also achieved. The thickness of the plates 1 and 2 parallel to the shortest axis is not more than 50 mm, preferably 20 to 50 mm. The individual parts of the assembled stone are designed as fired or chemically bonded refractory bodies or manufactured using oxide ceramic processes. Given the strength of the individual parts mentioned, the risk that the individual parts will tear when the furnace is heated up and when it is in operation is very low. When assembling the stones it is possible to create cavities not to use one or more successive plates 1, 2, in particular at the end facing away from the furnace side. Cooling air and the like can be blown through the cavities formed in this way to cool the masonry. However, it is also possible, in order to keep the heat loss through the masonry as low as possible, the cavities thus formed with insulating means, eg. B. insulating stones to fill.
The reference numerals 2, 3, 4 and 5 relate to the same parts as in FIGS. 1 and 2. Of the individual plates, the ones with the larger holes are not inserted. Two plates 2 with smaller holes 10 follow one another, between which there remains a cavity the size of the plates that are not inserted. The connecting piece 3 has a hook-shaped projection 11 at each of the two ends. The hook-shaped projection 11 is rotated by 180 ° at one end compared to the other end The side surfaces of the plates 2 are parallel to the shortest axis of the plates 2 are stepped The recessed step 12 is arranged on the sides facing each other in two adjacent plates the adjacent stones have the touching plates 2 each on the
As a result, a firm bond is achieved when the stones are assembled . The outer edges running parallel to the shortest axis of the plate 2 are beveled in order to ensure the smooth assembly of two adjacent stones. The connecting pieces 3 are arranged with their longest axis transverse to the direction of the medium whose heat is to be exchanged. The flow direction of the media whose heat is to be exchanged
<>5 verläuft im allgemeinen von oben nach unten bzw umgekehrt Irgendwelche Ablagerungen sind also nui auf den nach oben gerichteten Flächen der Verbindungsstücke 3 und der Verriegehingskeile 5 möglich.<> 5 generally runs from top to bottom or Conversely, any deposits are only possible on the upwardly directed surfaces of the connecting pieces 3 and the locking wedges 5.
