Description

  • Rückseitige Abdichtung von Rückstrahlern aus Plastic.
  • Rückstrahler müssen nach bestehenden Vorschriften rückseitig luftdicht abgeschlossen oder verspiegelt sein.
  • Die Verspiegelung ist als manueller Arbeitsprozess kostspielig weil zusätzlich die Spiegelschicht noch mit einem Schutzlack versehen werden muss.
  • Die Erfindung schlägt deshalb bei Rückstrahlern aus plastischen
    Kunststoffen vor, den Fassungsrand des Rückstrahlern so auszu-
    bilden, dass dieser über die rückstrahlenden frismen hinaus-
    steht, sodass eine Plasticfolie maschinell im Sochfrequenzver-
    fahren aufgeschweisst werden kann.
  • Um bei den unterschiedlichen Materialstärken zwischen Rückstrahler und Folie ein besseres Verschweissen zu ermöglichen, kann der Fassungsrand des Rückstrahlers eine hochstehende umlaufende Schweisskante erhalten.
  • Als weitere Lösung der Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass der Fassungsrand des Rückstrahlers nach innen abgestuft ist.
  • In die Abstufung wird ein entsprechend ausgeschnittenes Stück Flasticfolie eingelegt und der aussen überstehende Rand die Folie überlappend verschweisst.
  • Der aussen überstehende Rand kann hierbei vorteilhaft so ausgebildet sein, dass er noch eine hochstehende nach aussen schräg ablaufende Schweißkante hat.
  • In den Schnittzeichnungen wird das vorstehend Beschriebene dargestellt.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt einen Rückstrahler mit hochstehendem Fassungsrand 1 auf dem die Folie 2 verschweist ist.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt einen Rückstrahler mit hochstehendem Fassungsrand 3 der zusätzlich mit einer umlaufenden hochstehenden Schweisskante 4 versehen ist, mit der die Folie 5 verschweist wird.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt einen Rückstrahler mit hochstehendem lassungsrand 6, der nach innen eine umlaufende Abstufung 7 hat, in die der Folienausschnitt 8 eingelegt und mit dem Aussenrand 6 überlappend verschweiß wird.
  • Fig. 4 zeigt einen Rückstrahler mit hochstehendem Fassungsrand 9, der nach innen eine umlaufende Abstufung 10 hat, in die der Folie :
    ausschnitt 11 eingelegt und mit dem Aussenrand 9, der eine nach
    aussen schräg ablaufende Schweisskante 12 hat, überlappend ver-
    schweißwird.

Claims (4)

  1. Schutzansprüche 1.) Rückseitige Abdichtung von Rückstrahlers aus plastischem Uerkstoff dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rückstrahler einen hochstehenden Fassungsrand (1) hat, auf dem eine Plastiofolie (2) verschweisst wird.
  2. 2.) Rückseitige Abdichtung von Rückstrahlern aus plastischem Werkstoff dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rückstrahler einen hochstehenden Fassungsrand (3) hat, der mit einer hochstehenden Schweißkante (4) versehen ist.
  3. 3.) Rückseitige Abdichtung von Rückstrahlern aus plastichem Uerkstoff dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rückstrahler einen hochstehenden Fassungsrand (6) mit einer nach innen abgesetzten umlaufenden Abstufung (7) hat, in die der Folienausschnitt (8) eingelegt und überlappend mit dem Fassungrand (6) verschweisst wird.
  4. 4.) Rückseitige Abdichtung von Rückstrahlern aus plastischem Werkstoff nach Anspruch 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rückstrahler einen hochstehenden Fassungsrand (9) hat, dessen nach aussen schräg ablaufende Schweisskante (125 über der inneren Abstufung (10) steht, in die ein Folienaussehnitt (11) eingelegt und überlappend verschweisst wird.
