auf, während bei Betrieb mit dem Verlängerungsstiel kein Luftstrom zur Bedienungsperson
hinführt. Werden die Austrittsschlitze an der gegenüberliegenden Gehäuseseite oder
an den Schmalseiten angeordnet, dann besteht die Gefahr, daß der Staub vom Boden
aufgewirbelt wird. Auch die Anordnung der Ausblasschlitze an der die Halterung für

8 sind seitlich ausladende Leitflächen 12 vorgesehen, die oberhalb der Ausblasöffnungen
6 einen Kanal bilden, aus dem die Luft in der gleichen Richtung wie aus dem Hohlzapfen
11 austritt. Der Ausblasluftstrom ist somit vom Griffteil 9 und damit von
der bedienenden Person weggerichtet, wobei außerdem die beiden Austrittsmöglichkeiten
am Hohlzapfen 11 bzw. am Handgriff die Austrittsgeschwindigkeit auf ein derart geringes
Maß herabgemindert wird, daß eine Belästigung der Bedienungsperson auch bei zufälligem
Anblasen nicht mehr eintritt. Selbstverständlich ist es bei teilweisem Verzicht
auf diesen Vorteil auch möglich, durch Verwendung eines vollen Zapfens
11 oder durch vollständiges Abdecken der Austrittsschlitze 6 den Luftstrom
nur an einer Stelle austreten zu lassen. Soll der Staubsauger gemäß F i g. 4 mit
einem Verlängerungsstiel 13 verwendet werden, dann wird durch einfaches Herausdrehen
des Hohlzapfens 11 der Handgriff 8 gelöst und statt dessen der Verlängerungsstiel
13 eingeschraubt. Der Verlängerungsstiel 13 gestattet keinen Luftdurchgang,
so daß als Austrittsöffnung lediglich die Ausblasschlitze 6 zur Verfügung stehen.
Dadurch ist aber der Ausblasluftstrom annähernd senkrecht zur Achse des Verlängerungsstiels
13 und damit weg von der Bedienungsperson und auch von der zu bearbeitenden Fläche
