Zur Beheizung τοπ Backröhren sind elektrische Heizeinrichtumgen bekannt, "bei denen die Ober- und Unterhitze durch zn einem Rechteck geformte Rohrheizkörper mit nach dem Innern des Rechtecks gebogenen Seitenkanten erzeugt wird. TJm eine gleichmäßigere Beheizung deß Backgutes zu erhalten und außerdem die Möglichkeit zu haben, die Heizwirkung auf das Backgut in gewissen Grenzen ändern zu können, ragen neuerungsgemfiß die Ausbiegungen aus der durch die Eckpunkte des Rechtecks festgelegten Mittelebene hervor. Durch verschieden hohe Unterlagen in der Mitte der Ausbiegungen kann der Abstand der Ausbiegungen von der Mittelebene eingestellt, damit die Temperatur dee Heizkörpers und so die Heizwirkung auf *das Backgut geändert •werden.
