Futtermittel
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Futtermittel für Vieh und Geflügel,
nämlich Futtermittel, die 5'-Nucleotide, wie Cytidin-5'-monophosphat,
Adenosin-5!-monophosphat, Guanosin-5'-monophosphat,
Uridin-5'-monophosphat oder Inosin-5'-monophosphat,
oder deren Salze enthalten. Diese 5'-Nucleotide werden nachstehend
der Einfachheit halber als "5'-CMP", "5'-AMP", "5'-GMP",
"5'-UMP" bzw. "5'-IMP" bezeichnet.
In der modernen Ernährung besteht das Bestreben zu schnellerer Erzeugung von marktfähigem Vieh oder Geflügel sowie zur Verbesserung
der Futterausnutzung bzw. der Umwandlung des Futters in Vieh oder Geflügel, auf das Gewicht bezogen.
Es wurde gefunden, daß durch Zugabe geringer Mengen 5'-Nucleotid zu Vieh- und Geflügelfutter die Geschwindigkeit des Wachstums
erhöht und der Ausnutzungsgrad des Futters, d.h. die auf das Gewicht bezogene Umwandlung von Futter in Fleisch, verbessert
wird, da durch die Vorliebe für Futtermittel, die 5'-Nucleotide
enthalten, der Grad der Annahme des Futters erhöht wird. Es wurde ferner gefunden, daß ein aus künstlicher Milch mit Zusatz
von 5'-Nucleotiden bestehendes Futtermittel als vorteil-

hafter Milchersatz für säugendes Vieh verwendet werden kann, wobei nie unerwünschte Wirkungen, wie Darmstörungen oder andere
Krankheiten, wie sie beim Püttern mit bekannten Milchersatzstoffen
festgestellt werden, auftreten.
Als 51-Nucleotide eignen sich für die Zwecke der Erfindung
beispielsweise 5'-CMP, 5!-AMP, 5'-UMP, 5'-GMP und 5'-IMP sowie
die Alkalisalze (z.B. Natrium-, Kaliumsalze usw.) oder Erdalkalisalze (z.B. die Calciumsalze) dieser Verbindungen.
Diese Verbindungen können nach bekannten Methoden, z.B. mit Hilfe von Enzymen, durch chemische Synthese oder durch Hydrolyse
von Nucleinsäuren, die ihrerseits aus lebenden Geweben (z.B. Mikroorganismen, tierischem Gewebe usw.) erhalten v/erden

Die genannten 5'-Nucleotide können beliebigen Futtermitteln zugesetzt werden, die gewöhnlich an Vieh verfüttert werden,

z.B. für Schweine, Milchvieh, Rindvieh, Kalb, Schaf, Ziegen, Pferde und Hunde sowie Geflügel, z.B. Küken, Legehühner, Bruthennen,
Enten, Puter und Wachteln. In Frage kommt Getreide, z.B. Mais, Weizen, Hafer und Gerste, Getreideprodukte, z.B.
Maiskleber, Weizen-Mittelmehl und Weizenkleie, ölnebenprodukte, z.B. Sojabohnenmehl, Baumwollsaatmehl und Leinmehl,
Grün- und Trockenfutter, z.B. Leguminosen und Gras, z.B. Alfalfa und Klee, sowie Nebenprodukte der Zuckerherstellung,
Melasse, Rübenbrei u.dgl. Gemische von jeweils zwei oder mehr dieser Putterbestandteile können in solchen Kombinationen vorhanden
sein, daß sie dem Nährstoffbedarf des Tieres entsprechen. Diese Futtermittel können außerdem andere Proteinträger,
Fette, Mineralstoffe und Vitamine enthalten.
Die Zusatzstoffe können den Futtermitteln in beliebiger passender Weise zugesetzt werden. Da jedoch 5'-Nucleotid leicht
durch Phosphatase zerstört wird, die in den meisten Futtermitteln enthalten ist, muß die Phosphatase kurz nach oder während
oder vor der Zugabe der Nucleotide deaktiviert oder zerstört werden, um die Wirkung der 5'-Nucleotide zu bewahren.
Die Deaktivierung oder Zerstörung der Phosphatase kann durch Zusatz eines Phosphatase-Inhibitors (z.B. Arsenate, Phosphate
oder Cyanate) erfolgen, jedoch sind die meisten dieser Inhibitoren für den Zusatz zu Vieh- oder Geflügelfutter ungeeignet,
so daß die Verwendung von Phosphataseinhibitoren zweckmäßig vermieden wird. Die Deaktivierung wird vorzugsweise vor-r
genommen, indem kurzzeitig erhitzt wird, beispielsweise 40 Minuten
auf 60°C, 20 Minuten auf 65°C, 5 Minuten auf 70°C, 4 Sekunden
auf 75?C oder im Falle von Futtermitteln auf Milchbasis nur 1 Sekunde auf 80°C. Ein solches kurzzeitiges Erhitzen hat
keinerlei Einfluß auf den natürlichen Geschmack oder das natürliche Aroma des ursprünglichen Futtermittels., und es besteht
keine Gefahr einer Verunreinigung des Produkts mit ungünstigen Substanzen.

Eine andere Methode zum Schutz der 5'-Nucleotide gegen Zersetzung
durch Phosphatase besteht darin, daß man die 5'-Nucleotide mit einem Überzug aus einem Mittel versieht, das in Wasser
löslich ist, z.B. Polyvinylalkohol und Polyäthylenglykol, oder mit Überzügen aus anderen Mitteln, die in Gegenwart von Wasser
bei Raumtemperatur nicht zersetzt werden, aber bei erhöhter Temperatur zersetzt werden. Zu den letztgenannten Überzugsmitteln gehören beispielsweise Wachse (z.B. Ozokerit, Ceresin,
Utah-Wachs oder Montanwachs, Paraffinwachs, Erdölwachs, Carnaubawachs, Japanwachs, Lorbeerwachs, Plachswachs, Walrat,
Bienenwachs, chinesisches Wachs, Schellak usw.), Ester von Fettsäuren mit 12 bis 51 C-Atomen und Fettalkohole
mit 12 bis 31 C-Atomen (z.B. Myricylpalmitat, Cetylpalmitat,
Myricylcerotat, Cetylmyristat, Cerylpalmitat, Cerylcerotat, Myricylmelissat, Stearylpalmitat, Stearylmyristat,
Lauryllaurat usw.), Fettsäuren mit 10 bis 22 C-Atomen (z.B. Decensäure, Docosansäure, Stearinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Laurinsäure,
Myristylsäure usw.), Fettalkohole mit 14 bis 31 C-Atomen
(z.B. Lauryl-, Cetyl-, Stearyl-, Myristyl-, Myricyl-,
Arachyl-, Carnubyl-, Cerylalkohol usw.), die Mono-, Di- oder Triglycerylester von Fettsäuren mit 10 bis 22 C-Atomen u.dgl.

Claims (3)
1) Futtermittel für Vieh und Geflügel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 5'-Nucleotide in Mengmvon 0,001 bis 1 Gew.-^ enthält.
2) Futtermittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
es als 5*-Nucleotide Cytidin-5'-monophosphat, Adenosin-51-monophosphat,
Guanosin-5'-monophosphat, Uridin-5'-monophosphat,
Inosin-5'-monophosphat und/oder deren Salze enthält.
3) Milchersatz für Vieh,* dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Cytidin-51-monophosphat,
Adenosin-5f-monophosphat, Guanosin-5'-monophosphat,
Uridin-5'-monophosphat und/oder deren Salze in Mengen von 0,001 bis 1 Gew.-^ enthält.
Milchersatz für Schweine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Adenosin-51-monophosphat, Guanosin-5'-monophosphat und/
oder deren Salze in Mengen von 0,001 bis 1 Gew.-^ enthält.
