Description
Beschreibung und Erläuterung zur Patent- und Hilfsgebrauchsmusteranmeldung "Spritzbeton-Fördermaschine für die Bauindustrie mit vom pneumatischen Förderdruck abhängigen, automatischen Nachstellvorrichtungen" Als Spritzbeton-Fördereinrichtungen werden in überwiegendem . Maße in neuerer Zeit Rotor-Maschinen verwandt. Der Verschleiß an den Dichtstellen zwischen Rotor und einerseits Einfüllvorrichtung und andererseits pneumatischen Fördervorrichtung (pneum. Förderrohr) ist sehr hoch. Aus diesem Grunde ist eine Nachregulierung der Spannschrauben des Rotors stetig notwendig. Die Vorspannung der Spannschrauben gegen die Rotor-Dichtscheiben ist abhängig vom pneumatischen Förderdruck, der für den TransIDort aufgebracht werden muß, und dieser ist wiederum abhängig von der zu überbrückenden Blaslänge@sowie@plötzlich auftretenden Verstopferneigungen. Diese stetig wechselnden Bedingungen lassen eine exakte manuelle Verspannung der Dichtflächen gegen den Rotor nicht zu. Vielfach ist es so, daß der Arbeiter die Spannschrauben 1. unregelmäßig und 2. zu fest für den entsprechenden pneumatischen Förderdruck anzieht. Hieraus resultiert ein erhöhter Verschleiß. Um diese Nachteile weitgehendst auszuschalten, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, eine Spritzbeton-Fördermaschine entsprechend beiliegender Zeichnung mit automatischer Spannvorrichtung zu versehen. In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist dargestellt mit 1 das pneumatische Förderrohr, -mit 2 ein Regulator für Druckluft oder Öldruck, mit 3 die Nachstellvorrichtung, z.h. Druckluft-. oder Öldruckzylinder und dergleichen. Arbeitsweise der erfindungsgemäßen Ausführung: Entsprechend dem pneumatischen Förderdruck in dem Förderrohr 1 wird dem Regulator 2 für Druckluft oder Öldruck ein entsprechend hoher Impuls gegeben. Der Regulator 2 reguliert dann in Ab= hängigkeit vom pneumatischen Förderdruck über Druckluft- oder Öldruckzylinder 3 die entsprechende Vorspannung auf die Dichtscheiben des Rotors. Hierdurch ist die Gewähr gegeben, daß eine gleichmäßige Vorspannung auf die Rotor-Scheiben gewährleistet ist und 2.) die Vorspannung in Abhängigkeit von der Förderlänge und dem daraus resultierenden pneumatischen Förderdruck gegeben ist. Selbstverständlich ist die Erfindung nicht auf die vorstehend im einzelnen dargestellten und beschriebenen Ausführungsformen beschränkt, sondern es sind zahlreiche Abänderungen möglich, ohne jedoch von dem Grundgedanken abzuweichen, eine Spritzbeton-Fördermaschine mit Rotor-Zuteiler so zu bauen, daß eine Abhängigkeit vom pneumatischen Förderdruck über einen Regulator auf die Vorspannelemente gewährleistet Wird.-Description and explanation of the patent and utility model application "Shotcrete conveying machine for the construction industry with automatic adjustment devices dependent on the pneumatic conveying pressure".
