Anordnung von Beaoblagteilen an Pensterrahzen-frofil-
sohienen.
Die Erfindung betrifft die Anordnung vonSeschlagteilen
an einer in ßtrangpreßverfaären hergeatelxten, aua Me-
tall oder äunatatoff bestehenden, den Rahseneohenicel
eines Stocicraheene oder einen Peneterflügela bildenden
Profileohiene,
Die Befestigung von Beaohlagteilen an im Strangpreßver-
fahren hergestellten Metall- oder Zunatatoff-Profilechie-
nen bereitet in Gegensatz zur Befeetigung
von Beaohlag-
teilen an aus Holz bestehenden Rahmeneohenkeln deshalb
besondere Schwierigkeiten, weil die dünnwandigen Metall-
oder Kunetstoff-1Profilechienen ein Anschrauben der Be-
sohlagteile deshalb Oohwierigkeiten, weil bei eine Wsnä-
stärke von meist nur etwa 2 mm aufweisenden Eantenprofi-
len für eine sichere Verankerung von Schrauben nicht ge-
nUgend Pleieoh zur Verfügung steht.
Der $rfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine
sichere Befestigung der Beschlagteile an einer Metall-
oder bunststoff-Profileohiene auch ohne die Verwendung
von Schrauben zu bewirken, was nach der ärfindung
da-
durch erreicht wird, daß an den Profilschienen den Stoci-
rahnene oder auch des 1Rensterfltlgels eine durch zwei auf-
einander zu gerichtete aasen gebildete S-försige
tut vor-
gesehen wird, die zur hagerung eines mittels eines Spann-
organes in seiner Lage gesicherten Beeohlagteilee dient.
Hierbei werden die Beeohlagteile vorteilhafterweise so
ausgebildet, äaß sie an ihren beiden Längsrändern je eine
abgesetzte Schulter aufweisen, die die Lasen der Profil-
schiene untergreifen: Hierzu werden die Beaohlagteile von
der Stirnseite einer Profilschiene her auf diese aufge@
schoben, ehe diese mit ,den übrigen Rahmenschenkeln zu
einen geschlossenen Rahmen verbunden wird. Se können je..
doch auch an der Profileohiene die lasen streckenweise
entfernt sein, um so an einer solchen Stelle ein Besohlag-
teil einsetzen zu können.
Um hierbei das Besahlagteil gegen htbgsrersohiebung zu ei..
obern, kann in das Besahlagteil eine Schraube eingeschraubt
werden, die mit ihrer ebenen Stirnfläche gegen die Profil-
schiene anliegt und das Benohlagteil mit seinen Schultern
gegen die aasen der Profilschiene preßt.
Um die Befestigung eines Besohlagteiles auch ohne Unterbre-
ohung der Nasenleisten der Profilschiene an den zueamenge-
bauten Rahen befestigen zu können, wird das Besohlagteil
so ausgebildet, daß es nur an einer Längsseite eine
abge-
setzte die Nasenleiste untergreifende Schulter aufweist,
während an den gegenüberliegenden Igagerand den Beschlag-
teilen eine Randleiste vorgesehen ist, die auf der anderen
lanenleiste der Profilschiene aufliegt. Um ein solches Be-
sohlagteil gegen Längsrereohiebung zu sichern, wird
als
Spannorgan ein durch ein Isagloch des Beschlagteiles hin..
durchgreifender, mit seinem breiten und vorzugsweise flach
ausgebildeten Kopf auf der Oberfläche des Beeohlagteiles
aufliegender Drehkeil verwendet, der in Abstand von dem
tlaohkopf zwei Seilflügel aufweist,. deren einer die Na-
senleiste untergreift und so die über diene tasenleinte
überstehende Randleiste gegen die Profilsohlene anpreßt,
während der andere äeilflügel eich zwischen den Nuten-
grund und die untere hläohe des Besohlagteiles klemmt
und so die Randeohulter von unten gegen die andere Nasen-
leiste preßt.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausfübrungabeispiel der erfin-
dungsgemäßen Befentigungeart in sohenatiaoher Weisi''daar-
gestelit. Es zeigen:

beispielsweise zur Aufnahme einer Sohlleßplatte oder auch
einer im oberen Quersohonkel vorgesehenen Ausetell-Schere,
während von der T-förmigen Auaaparung der Profilschiene
