Description

  • Die Erfindurig betrifft eine Dichtmanschette, insbesondere für u-xzen-berschneckenpumpengelenke. Bei diesen Gelenken, welche weist im Sauggehäuse der Pumpe eingebaut sind und damit meist von stark verunreinigten Medien umschlossen sind, ist es besonders wichtig, daß diese hochbeanspruchten Gelenke betriebssicher abgedichtet sind.
  • Eine weitere Forderung, welche an solche Ge2.enkabdichtungen gestellt werden muß, ist, daß dieselben vor beschädigungen durch Fremdkörper weitgehend geschützt werden und leicht ausgewechselt werden können.
  • Zu all diesen Forderungen kommt noch, daß der Preis der Abdichtung mit eine entscheidende Rolle spielt. Preisgünstig und Betriebssicherheit ist das Entscheidende, das an solche Abdichtungen gestellt wird.
  • In der Technik sind zwar Manschetten bekannt, welche aber mit besonderen Ringen und Schrauben an den entsprechenden Teilen befestigt werden.
  • Dieser Aufwand ist schon zu groß, gud diese Schrauben und Ringe sind ebenfalls oft Beschädigungen durch Fremdkörper usw.'ausgesetzt.
