Mengen an Fluor.
Process for the production of phosphoric acid ammonium, alkaline earth and / or alkali metal salts from material containing tricalcium phosphate The invention relates to a process for the production of phosphoric acid ammonium T alkaline earth and / or alkali metal salts from material containing tricalcium phosphate, in which the material is mixed with phosphoric acid or using treated by phosphoric acid and the resulting calcium dihydrogen phosphate (Oa (H2PU4) 2) is further processed to phosphoric acid salts .. From the French patent 1 347 183 a process for obtaining phosphoric acid from tricalcium salts of phosphoric acid is known, according to which the raw material with the help is leached by phosphoric acid: The calcium dihydrogen phosphate solution obtained in this way is then fed to a cation exchanger loaded with hydrogen ions. If phosphoric acid is obtained from mineral rock phosphates, in particular from apatite, it still contains considerable amounts of fluorine. A phosphoric acid salt obtained with the aid of this phosphoric acid by neutralization with sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide solution and subsequent evaporation therefore also still has considerable amounts of impurities and can therefore not be used in the food or detergent industry. According to the invention it is assumed that economically it is not so much the production of pure phosphoric acid that is important, but rather the production of phosphoric acid salts, which - as an end product in correspondingly zeiner form - are diverse. Find application. The object of the invention is to create a process which enables the production of phosphoric acid emmonium, alkaline earth and / or alkali salts from tricalcium-containing material so that these salts can be used for detergents, foodstuffs or all putter additives. This object is achieved in that, in a first process step, the pH of a solution of calcium dihydrogen phosphate is adjusted so far with the aid of basic reacting ammonium, alkali and / or alkaline earth compounds. It is increased because calcium monohydrogen phosphate (OaHP04) precipitates, that the precipitated calcium monohydrogen phosphate is subsequently separated from the residual solution, and that in a second process stage ammonium, alkaline earth and / or alkali metal phophates are obtained from the residual solution. Surprisingly, it has been found that the impurities present in the calcium dihydrogen phosphate, in particular the fluorine, are concentrated in the calcium monohydrogen phosphate crystals in the first stage of the process according to the invention. The remaining solution is largely free of impurities. It is therefore possible in the second process step according to the invention to produce phosphoric acid salts that are so pure that they can be used for detergents, foodstuffs or puttering agents.

Deisl: .The impure calcium monohydrogen phosphate crystals precipitated in the first process stage can be used directly as fertilizers for which a great purity is not required; However, they can also, for example, be converted into phosphoric acid with the aid of a strongly acidic ion exchanger loaded with hydrogen ions. If this phosphoric acid is used for the digestion of material containing calcium phosphate, the fluorine still present in the acid is also used for digestion. During the digestion of tricalcium phosphate-containing material, which is advantageously carried out at elevated temperature, most of the fluorine is volatilized, so that the fluorine content cannot accumulate in the digestion solution beyond a certain level. In the process according to the invention, it is expedient: a crystallization of the calcium dihydrogen phosphate to be processed further is carried out. According to a known method, for the purpose of producing these crystals, phosphorus-containing minerals are digested with the aid of phosphoric acid at an elevated temperature, and the calcium dihydrogen phosphate crystals are separated from the digestion solution after the mother solution has cooled. The remaining mother solution is advantageously returned to the digestion. An accumulation of the soluble impurities in the mother liquor can be avoided in a simple manner by keeping a. Partial flow of the returned mother solution is cleaned, cleaned. In this way, in the method according to the invention, such impurities are also separated out which get into the digestion with the phosphoric acid produced by the calcium monohydrogen phosphate. The already relatively pure calcium dihydrogen phosphate crystals are dissolved and - according to the fiuduing further processed:

reacting ammonium, alkali and / or alkaline earth solutions are further increased. When using calcium compounds, calcium monohydrogen phosphate also precipitates in the second stage, which is now largely free of impurities. This calcium monohydrogen phosphate can e.g. B. can be used as a putter additive. If, on the other hand, ammonium or alkali metal compounds are used in the first and / or second process stage, the phosphoric acid ammonium or alkali metal salts remain dissolved in the best solution and must be crystallized out. The change in the pH value then advantageously takes place at an elevated temperature and the alkali and / or ammonium compounds formed are crystallized out by cooling. However, the crystallization can also take place by evaporation. It is particularly advantageous to increase the pH with the aid of carbonates, since this leads to the release of CO 2 and the volatile impurities contained in the solution, in particular fluorine, largely escape together with CO 2. The solution from which the phosphoric acid alkali and / or ammonium salts were crystallized out is saturated with these salts. Then with the aid of the resulting solution, a portion of the residual solution remaining after the separation of the calcium monohydrogenphosphate crystals in the first process stage can advantageously also be recycled to dissolve calcium dihydrogen phosphate crystals. In this way, a higher concentration of the solution with phosphoric acid salts is obtained. Embodiments 1st example:
