This pause;,) ax -). I er'e leave when unfolding or in rough operation z. £ 3. 3a post a considerable mechanical @ kind:, @ prfung repeatedly to. if but there is a need to use such breaks only for one-time use, therein these materials are too expensive and uneconomical. Subject of the present Registration is now to create a nonwoven that can be paused for one-time use. One such use is; given, for example, if the Clothing industry the cutting position image for cutting for the purpose of multiple Use must be copied. Similar applications can be found in the metal industry, Think about leather processing and other areas of application.
The method according to the invention for the production of nonwovens which can be broken consists in that natural, regenerated or synthetic fibers are formed into nonwovens with one another by mechanical, thermal or chemical means and are equipped with light-sensitive, heat-sensitive or electrostatically active substances. The fibers used can also consist of mixtures of the aforementioned types of fibers in a manner known per se. For the special purpose outlined above in the clothing industry, it has been found to be advantageous during processing in the company if textile fibers of known origin are preferably used either pure or mixed with other fibers. The fibers of the planar structure according to the invention can either be tangled or directionally oriented, but several directions of orientation can also lead to the formation of the nonwoven at the same time, depending on the manufacturing technology. This sheet-like structure can be bonded to one another in the aforementioned manner either with chemical binders, for example on an organic basis, mechanically , for example by means of needles, thermally or other known manufacturing processes. So every kind of fleece picture is thought of. It is particularly important if the fibers used here either have a positive or negative charge or are put into this state. The fibers can also be finished before processing, in order for example to draw up the light-sensitive or heat-sensitive substances in a favorable manner . The setting of a desired negative or positive charge is very advantageous when electrostatic copying processes are used. Here, too, it can be a question of introducing certain zinc-salt compounds into the fabric and thus promoting the copying process on an electrostatic basis.
To achieve an accurate cut, it may be advantageous if the products according to the invention on the side with -a Wirme-activated adhesives are equipped. This adhesive can either be arranged over the whole area, in dots or lines or figuratively on the flat product according to the invention.
Thanks to its structure, the product that is made pausable and copyable according to the invention is textile-related and textile- friendly and more economical to use than the materials currently used for this purpose. The advantageous handling is characterized by the fact that the product conforms to the material, is cuddly, can be cut more easily and more precisely than, for example, paper and thus spares the denominator. The berberry transparency compared to conventional papers can be of great advantage , especially with patterned fabrics.
Nachstehende Beispiele erläutern einige Ausführungsmöglichkei-ten des Erfindungsgegenstandes. The following examples explain some possible embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.
Example 1 : A longitudinally oriented carding fiber fleece with a staple length of 20 - 50 mm and a weight of 17 - 20 g / m2 is produced in a dry way with a binder on acrylic @ BUis non-woven material. This method is known per se GSS # a product is ausgehntet by Aufeprühen or wetting, or .cen with a photosensitive Diaso compound eg. That which has become light-sensitive is then dried. In the case of use, the fleece, which can be rough on one or both sides, is brought together, exposed and developed with a maternal pause, which in this example was produced using the shadow process: The resulting copy of the maternal pause is called cutting applied position image on the vcrbereiteten layers of fabric. This - are then zucescnnitten following by means of band, circular, or shock Wesser the contours. (See sample 1) Example 2: On dry aerodynamisenen paths is made of non-woven fabric of 13 - formed 17 g / sqm under Fintrag a P indemittels acrylic-based Vliesatoff. This method is state of the art. As in Example 1, the fleece is now made light-sensitive.
Deshalb -ist. die Preiswürdigkeit des erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten Vlieses von großer Pedeutung._- In the case of need, the cutting templates are now placed on the light-sensitive fleece in a rational, material-saving manner. Then the whole thing is covered with a grid or with Plexiglas plates to prevent the cutting templates from slipping. The exposure is carried out either by a stationary or movable light source (plan exposure carriage). Development is then carried out in a known manner, and further processing is carried out as described in Example 1. (See sample 2) Example 3 : By means of an inclined sieve according to the paper-machine principle with the addition of known "binders", the formation of the fleece takes place on wet material In this case, the light-sensitive non-woven fabric is brought together with a mat produced by the knitting process, exposed and developed. A copy of the mat never created on the mat is now used as a cut-out image, as described in Figure 1, (see sample 3). As can be seen from the examples given, the copies of the maternal pause made according to the subject of the invention can only be used once as contour carriers and cut when cutting fabrics, knitted fabrics, or other surfaces used fleece of great design ._-
