Jaw crusher with eccentric drive For jaw crushers with eccentric drive

is functionally related, so in a so-called toggle jaw crusher, at least
two printing plates are required. In known designs, the printing plates are
provided at their ends with cylindrical thickenings, which in corresponding hollow cylindrical
Sliding recordings in abutments of the parts that are functionally connected by the pressure plates

to lubricate. The parts sliding against each other are subject to heavy wear
and, moreover, it is cumbersome and difficult to find the abutments and the corresponding
To produce mating surfaces of the pressure plates, if the wear a certain
Has reached the extent that the counter-brackets and pressure plates have to be completely renewed.
Due to the disadvantages mentioned, a move has been made to provide printing plates,
which roll on the corresponding abutments. In a known design
of this type are flat abutment surfaces and cylindrical counter surfaces on the pressure plates
available. These convex cylinder surfaces on the printing plates roll against the
From the bearing surfaces of the counter bearing. A complement to this construction is
that the supports surfaces of the abutment formed convex-cylindrical
be,; tim. : Reduce friction as much as possible.
Both versions
have the fundamental disadvantage that when the crushing gap changes
the basic setting, the angular position of the pressure plates inevitably also changes
changes, so that the lines of action of the compressive forces to be transmitted are no longer normal
to the abutment surfaces at the respective point of contact, thus tangential
Forces occur on the bearing surfaces and the pressure plates slide off the abutments.
-Alle
aufgezeigten Nachteile werden durch die

In the case of convexly curved abutment surfaces, the adjustment range is only slightly increased compared to the construction with flat abutment surfaces. When a certain, in itself small adjustment is exceeded, the above-mentioned sliding occurs. To eliminate the disadvantages indicated, it has already been proposed to design the abutments next to each other, si that these abutments can be readjusted when the gap size is adjusted in the sense that they again with their bearing surfaces somewhat? are normal to the line of action of the compressive force. This construction is relatively complex and in practice has the major disadvantage that an official abutment must be replaced with every change in the gap. -All disadvantages shown are avoided by the yrfindarg eliminated.
