Die erste Verbindung ist dadurch hergestellt, daß der Tragbügel an einer starken Leiste 3 befestigt ist, die in einen Schlitz des oberen Taschenwulstes 4 eingelassen ist; an dieser Leiste 3 befestigt ist die Verlängerung 5 des herzförmigen Federnträgers 6 der Wage. Das Wagenschild 7, das die Lastseite der Wage bildet, ist mit der Tasche durch ein an dem Bügel 8 des Schildes 7 befestigtes Metallband 10, das über den Boden und die zweite Seitenwand 12 der Tasche bis zum Versteifungswulst 13 geht und an diesem mit dem anderen Ende festgemacht ist, verbunden. Die Wage selbst bestellt aus zwei Spiralfedern 14, deren Enden einerseits an dem Federnträger 6, anderseits an einem mit dem Schild 7 verbundenen C-förmigen Mittelstück 15 befestigt sind, aus einer am Federnträger 6 gelenkig angeordneten Zahnstange 16, welche durch Vermittlung einer Feder 17 in ein an der Querstange 18 gelagertes Zahnrad 27 gedrückt wird, aus einem Zeiger 19, der auf der Achse 20 des Zahnrades 27 festsitzt, und einem Zifferblatt 21 mit der entsprechenden Gewichtseinteilung. Ein in dem Federnträger 6 vorgesehener Längsschlitz 22, in welchem ein Führungsbolzen 23 des Wagenschildes 7 spielt, dient dem Schild als Führung während des Spieles der Wage. Zwecks Nachstellung der Wage nach längerem Gebrauche, wenn die Federn etwas Spannkraft verloren haben, ist eine Stellschraube 24 vorgesehen, welche im Schild 7 eingeschraubt ist und sich gegen ein mit dem unteren Federnhalter (Mittelstück) 15 verbundenen Ansatz 9 lehnt. Da bei Verbindung des Mittelstückes 15 mit dem Schild etwas Spielraum vorgesehen ist, so wird beim Nachziehen der Stellschraube 24 das Mittelstück 15 ein wenig schräg gegen Schild 7 gestellt (Fig. 3 und 4) und die Federn 14 dadurch nach abwärts gezogen, wodurch der Zeiger in die Nullstellung zurückgedreht werden kann.
