Platinen. Verfahren und Rundstriohmasohine

Der Zweck der Erfindung ist - bei Rundstrickmaschinen
mit
Abschlag- bzw. Einsohließplatinen, insbesondere mit Zungennadeln
-,
ohne Übertragungswerkzeuge die in einer Torangegangenen
Maschen-
reihe gebildeten Fanghenkel, die über eine oder mehrere
Maschen
hinweggehen, in einer zweiten, dritten oder erst nach einer
größeren
Anzahl Ton Maschenreihen als Panghenkel einzubinden oder
:u Maschen
auszubilden.
Nach dem Hauptmerkmal der Erfindung werden die zwischen
den Maschen
befindlichen Fanghenkel Ton den Abschlag- bsw. Eineohließplatinen
hinter dem Platinenhaken während dem Bilden Ton folgenden
Maschen-
reihen unterhalb des Bewegungsbereiches der jeweils Maschen
bildenden
Nadeln gehalten, und zwar so lange, bis die Fanghenkel
zum Einbinden
in einem folgenden Masohenbildungsvorgang durch Freigabe
derselben'
wieder in den Maschen bildenden Bewegungsbereich der Nadeln
gebracht
worden sind, um Ton diesen abgeschlagen und in der
Maschenreihe
eingebunden oder als Masche verstrickt zu
werden.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens dient, neben den besonderen
Betre-
gungen der Nadeln und Platinen, eine besonders gestaltete
Abechlag-
bzw. Einachließplatine. Diese Platine ist so beschaffene
dsß sie
hinter ihrem Halten bis.;7uritdrhalb der Absohlagkehle und
unterhalb der üblichen Kulierkante in Richtung -iÜ2vHakenenäee
bis
e @/nf@"xi@ter dem Hakenendef@` ne Einaehlitsung
hat. In diesen öahlits
werden die Fanghenkel, die mindestens über zwei Platinen
hinweg-
liegen, aufgenommen und während der maschenbildenden Bewegungen
der
Nadeln und Platinen in unwirksamer Lage gehalten.

Der Kulierpunkt für die Maschenreihe mit Panghenkeln,
In der nur
bestimmte Nadeln Maschen bilden, kann auf dem Platinenhaäen
oder
auf einer Kante hinter demselben noch hinter oder vor der
Schlitz-
öffnung liegen. Die Panghenhelachleifen werden erfindungegemäB
durch verschiedene Bewegungen der Nadeln und/oder Platinen
in der
tiefer als die Kulierkante liegenden Einschlitsung der Platinen
dadurch gebracht, da8, wenn über den Platinenhaien oder
einen
Kulisrpunkt hinter demselben, die Nadeln den Paden zu Schleifen
:tahan, die Nadeln nach dem Ausbilden der Schleifen und
Maschen
eine-weitere Abwärtsbewegung bei gleichseitiger Einwärtsbewegung
der Platinen ausführen, so daB die über zwei oder mehr Platinen
hinweg liegenden hanghenkel In den Bereich fies Schlitzes
gelangen.
Ui die Fadeneohleifen in den Platinenecblitz zu halten,

werden, werden diese folgenden Maschenreihen auf der übliche
Kulierkante vor dem Platinenhaken gebildet, wobei die Platinen
mit ihren Ficken aus der Nadelreihe herausgezogen v

Damit die vor den Nadeln liegenden Panghenkel während der
Absohlag-
bewegung der Platinen in dem Schlitz verbleiben oder wieder
in den
Schlitz gelangen, können verschiedene Kornen und Bewegungen
der
Platinen oder tadeln angewandt werden.
Zins vorteilhafte Arbeitsweise, um gleichzeitig mittels
der Platinen
abzuschlagen und auch die Panghenkel im,Sohlitz zu halten,
ist die,
daß nur jede zweite Platine die Abschlagbewegung durch die
Nadel-
reihe hindurch ausführt, während die Zwischenplatine eine
Bewegung
soweit aus der Nadelrethe heraus ausfiLhrt, daß der Panghentel
in
dem Schlitz unterhalb-der üblichen Kulierkante b$w.
Abachlagkehle
zu liegen kommt.
Die Freigabe der Panghsakel aus dem Platlnenschlits,
zum Einbindet
derselben In einer folgenden Reihe, geht so vor sich,
daß der In
Schlitz und vor der Nadel liegende Fanghenkel
durch die Abschlag-
bewegeng der Platine mit ihren Haken zwischen die Nadelriihe,

heraus, der Fanghenkel freigegeben wird.
Vorzugsweise wird die Haaohenreihe vor der Freigabe der
Fang-
henkel hinter den Platinenhaken gebildet, weil dadurch die
Kehle
der Platine auf die vorangegangene Maschenreihe einwirkt
und die
Platinen dadurch wesentlich weiter zwischen die Nadelreihe)i
gehen
und damit die vor den Nadeln liegenden Fanghenkel praktisch
nach
oben hin nicht mehr von dem Hakenrücken überdeckt werden.
Vorteilhaft eignet sich die erfindungsgemäße Platine für
ein
Verfahren zur Herstellung den Doppelrandes an Strümpfen,
und
zwar ohne Benutzung den bekannten Übergeben» zum
Verbinden der
Schleifen der Anfangsreihen eines Warenteiles mittels Übergabe-
werkzeugen auf die Nadeln mit den Maschen den anderen Warenteils.
Mitteln der glatine kann die Herstellung den Doppelrandes
auf
die e #faohete Art, ohne Verwendung von Übergabeplatinen,
erfolgen,

der Maschine,
.vor allem durch das Einwirken der Übergabeplatinen auf
die Nadeln,
eine nicht vermeidbare Beschädigung der Nadein und demzufolge
Beschädigungen und Störungen den zu verstrickenden
Padnes zur
Folge hat. 8s sind Strumpfwaren bekannt, deren Doppelrand
ohne
das Übergabeverfahren hergestellt worden ist. Bei derartigen
Strumpfwaren liegt die linke Warenseite den Doppelrandes
ebenfalls
im Gebrauchsfalle außen.-Diese kannte aber bisher
nur so herge-
stellt werden, daB entweder im Doppelrand-Warenteil nicht
die
rolle Maschenzahl in jeder Maschenreihe vorhanden war oder
-
wenn dies der Fall war - war es wiederum nicht möglich,
die Ver-
bindung von mindestens jeder zweiten Masche der ernten,
:weiten
oder dritten Anfangsreihe den Doppelrandwarenteiles mit
seiner
letzten Reihe und mit der ersten Reihe den tßfnteiles
zu
erzielen.
Bei den
]Wz nach den erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren hergestelltenDoppelraad,
bei welchem im die volle Masohensahl besitzende Doppelrandwaren-
teil die linke Warenseite in Gebrauchsfalle außen
liegt, wird
jede zweite Schleife der zweiten oder dritten Anfangsreihe
in
allen Maschenbildungavorgängen während der Bildung der Doppel-
randware in unwirksame Lage mittels der Platinen vor den
Nadeln
gehalten und erst dann wieder in eine wirksame Lage durch
Frei-
gabe dieser Schleifen von den Platinen zu den Nadeln gebracht,
wenn zum Beispiel die zweite Reihe mit der letzten Reihe
deal
Doppelrandwarenteiles über die erste Reihe den l,ängen-Waren-
teiles abgeschlagen und mit letzterer verbunden werden soll.
Bin derartiges Verfahren zur Herstellung- des Doppelrandwarenteilen
ernöglioht es, einen Doppelrand zu erzeugen, der weder Lauf-
masehenstäbehen im Doppelrand noch eine ungenügende Verbindung
swisehen den Doppelrandwarenteil und dem Längen-Teil
besitzt.
Die Verbindung der beiden Warenflächen des Doppelrandes
kann
nach der Erfindung so sein, daB entweder die vor jeder zweiten
Nadel, gehaltenen Antangsoehleiten in ähnlicher Weise
wie die
Fanghenkel eingebunden werden oder. in einer besseren Verbindung,
in der diese AntangsschleIfen allein zu Maschen
durch die Maschen
der letzten Reihe des Doppelrandes oder mit jeder :weiten
Manche
dieser letzten Reihe zusammen zu zweifüdigen Marsehen verstrickt
werden.
Nach der Erfi ndung werden demnach die Fanghenkel
so in die
Platinenschlitre..1#-echt, daB nie über zwei Platinen und
mindestens tlber und qor einer Nadel hinweg liegt.
Das Einbringen
der Fanghenkel in diese Lage erfolgt durch größere Abzugstiefe
der Nadeln und/odfr durch besondere Bewegung der Platinen.
Bein

gezogen. Der Ahatand des Schlitzes zur darüberliegenden
üblichen
äulierkante kann, den jeweiligen Zweck entsprechend
verschieden
groß sein. ZUr die Herstellung eines Dbppelrandes
kann dieser
Abstand groß nein, da die nur Tose jeder zweiten Nadel gebildeten
Terbindungsachleifen ( Fanghenkel. ) eine grobe Länge
haben können
bsw. haben sollen. hür die !tnghenkel, die nur in einer
zweiten
oder dritten uew. Reihe eingebunden oder zu
Maschen verstrickt
werden sollen und für die eine geringere hänge vorgesehen
sein
soll, ist dieser Abstand kleiner,und demzufolge mg
auch die .
Abzugsbete kleiner sein, damit die Nadel beim Keamhenbilden
noch in den Panghenhel verbleibt. Sollte in besonderen Pällen
eine größere Sohleifenlänge als es dieses Abzugstiefe suläßt
erforderlich sein, dann wird diese hänge durch das frühere
und/
oder Weiterbe.r#gen der Platinen zwischen die Nadelreihe
beim
Xuliervorgang der Nadeln ton den Platinen in waagerechter
Richtung
machgesogen.

kommen und dann in der übernächat folgenden Reihe
allein oder mit

In Folgenden werden nun beispielsweise verschiedene Arbeitsweinen
der Nadeln mit den erfindungsgemäßen Platinen zur Durchführung
der
Terfahrerurweinen gemäß der Erfindung, Innbesondere zur
Herstellung
eines Doppelranden an Strümpfen,dargeatel,lt und
beschrieben.
U Ist hauptsächlich die Arbeitsweine der Radeln 1f2,
die in den
Fanghenkeln F stehen und Maschen M bilden, dargestellt und
be-
nchrieben, während die Nadeln X@, die mir die
Üblichen maschen-
bildenden Bewegungen ausfÜhren, nicht besonders erwähnt
und dar-
gestellt wind.
Zum Bilden und Einbringen der Fanghenkel h in
den Platineneehlits
v kann eo verfahren werden, daB, nachdem zum Beispiel die

in Fig. 22 veranschaulicht, sungetührt werden. In an eich
bekannter
weise werden bei allen Nadeln f, t 1f2, in Pfeilrichtung
R, durch die
3ahloateile C4 u. C5 die Kaschen X unterhalb der Zunge gebracht,
worauf dann mittels der Nadeletößer 1 1 die Nadeln 32

Stellung gebracht werden, in der nie über das Kuli@rpohloBteil

und die Nadeln 11 auf einer tieferen Hahn an das Zuliersohloßteil
01 gelangen. Nach dem Ausbilden der Maschen M und Pangheniel
P,
also nachdem die Nadeln 1f1 das äuliersohloßteil 0 1 passiert
habe,
gehen die Platinen P in Abschlagatellung, die Nadeln steigen
etwas
an und werden dann erfindungsge=äß Ton den zusätzlichen
Sehloßteil
02 in eine noch tiefere Stellung, Fig. 5 u. 22, als die
Kulier-
stellung abgezogen. Auf diese Weine werden die an Nadelschaft
der
Nadel ä2 liegenden Fanghantel g, die durch die Platinenbewegung
Ton Platinenhaken Ph heruntergesahoben worden sind, Ton
den Nadeln
1f1 in die Schlitzöffnung, Fig. 5, und durch eine darauf
folgende
Auswärtsbewegung der Platinen P aus der Absehlagstellung
in die
Binschlleßetellung in den Schlitz S gesogen. Hierauf folgen
die
Nadeln N1 und die Nadeln 3 2 durch das Sohloßteil
C3 wieder ihrer
üblichen Bahn, Fig. 22.
Das Bildader Maschenreihen D2 mit 7anghenkeln ? kann auch
in anderer
bekannter Weine gemäß Fig G u. ? erfolgen. Es wird angenommen,
daß
es eich hierbei um Doppelrandware handelt und es
wäre bereits die
Anfangsreihe 1 oder noch eine normale Reihe 2 Tor der Reihe
D2
(Plg. 3) gebildet. gemäß hig. 22 wird angenommen, daß die
Sehloß-
teile 04, 05 ausgeschaltet sind, so
daß alle Nadeln in Pangstallung
an die Stelle zum Auswählen durch die Nadelstößer Z, 1 1
kommen. Die
Nadelstößer 0, C1 wählen dann nur die Nadeln 1f2 nach oben
in die
Binƒchließstellung aus, und die Nadeln 1 1 verbleiben
in Fangstellung.
Mittels des eingeschalteten Bohloßteilea 0 6 werden alle
Nadeln nach
unten an das Kullereahloßteil 0 1 gebracht, worauf gemäß
?1g. 6 die
Nadeln AZ Maschen M und die Nadeln N ghenkel P durch früheres
$inwärtsbewegen der Platinen P auf den Haken Ph bilden.
Sollbn in
diesem falle, dadurch daß alle Nadeln Schleifen ziehen,
die Tan$-
henk$l P spät zu lang werden, so werden durch Senken des
Nadel-
zylinders für diese Reihe von den Nadeln x1, 32 die Schleifen
nur
bis ungefähr zur üblichen Zulierkante Pd gezogen, Pig. 6.
Hierauf
folgt dann die Abschlagbewegung der Platinen und gleich
anschließend
dle weitere Abwärtsbewegung der Nadeln X1 , 12 Mittels
des Bohlo8--
tolles i32, so 4a8 dadurch die Fanghenkel ! .in Nadelhaken
der Nadel
N1 (,Plg. 'l) Ton den Platinenhaken Ph nach unten in
die SohlIts-
öffnung und durch die folgende Auswärtsbewegung dar Platinen
P in
Pfailriohtung la den Schlitz 8 gelangen.
Das Einbringen der Fanghenkel ! in den Schlitz S
geschieht mit
einer Platinenfora gemäß ?1g. 2 auf folgende Weise.
Es wird davon ausgegangen, daß es sich entweder ui die Anfangs-
reihen des Doppelrandes oder uz ?anghenkelreihen handelt,
deren
Panghankel in der zweiten oder dritten folgenden Reihe eingebunden
oder mit zu Maschen verstrickt werden sollen. Hierbei können
die
Nadelbewegungen zum Bilden ton Fanghenkeln wie hig. 6 u.
T sein.
Der Unterschied gegenüber diesem Vorbesahriebenen besteht
darin,
daß die Maschen M und Fanghenkel ? auf einen Zulierpunktp/'."der
Platinen Px hinter dem Platinenhaken Ph und der Schlitzöffnung
:wischen den Kanten P0 und Po gebildet werden. Hach der
Absehlag-
bewegung der Platinen P worden dieselben sofort wieder
etwas aus
der Nadelreihe heraus aewegt, so daß die Fanghenkel durch
den
höher =als die Kullerkante liegenden Scheitelpunkt Ps des
Haken-
rückann in die Sahlitzötfnung und beim Ganz-Herausziehen
des

Vorteilhaft ist bei dieser Arbeitsweise der Ansatz Pt, der

der Kante P0 einen engen Schlitz bildet, in dem der Fanghenkel

von den Außenseiten der Platinen nach innen zur Nadel X2
liegt
und dadurch noch auf der geschlossenen Zunge gehalten wird,
wenn
die Platinen erst dann zur Abschlagbewegung einsetzen, nachdem
die Nadeln etwas nach oben mit ihren Köpfen nahezu die Abschlag-
kehle Pk erreicht haben, Fig. 1o.
Eine andere vorteilhafte Arbeitsweise, um gleichseitig mittels
der Platine abzuschlagen und auch die Fanghenkel in Schlitz
zu
halten, ist die,.daß nur jede zweite Platine, zu®
Beispiel P1,
die Abaehlagbewegung durch die Nadelreihe hindurch ausführt,
während die Zwischenplatine P2 eine Bewegung soweit aus
der Nadel-
reihe heraus ausfährt, Fig. 13, daß der Fanghenkel in den
Schlitz
S unterhalb der üblichen xullerkante bzw. Abschlagkehle
liegt und
gehalten wird.
Daraus ergibt sich folgende Betätigung der Platinen. Für
die ent-
gegengesetzten Bewegungen der Pl.at3.nen P1, P2 sind gemäß

die Platinenfüße fifr die Platinen P1, die die Abeehlagbewegung
auefilhren, im. oberen vorderen Teil mit einer Aussparung

wie in der Fig. 21 gezeigt, das Schloßteil T1 nach außen

das Schloßteil T3 nach außen geschaltet, dann greift das
Sahloß-
teil 1'3 auf die Platinen P2 ein und bewegt, unbehindert
von den
Schloßteil T2 und T1, beim Abschlagvorgang dann die
Platinen P2
nach außen, währenddem die Platinen P1, unbehindert
durch die Aus-
sparungen Pv, unterhalb des Sehloßteiles T3 durch das Sehloßteil
T2 ihre Abschlagbewegungen ausführen.
Zum Einbinden der Fanghenkel, vor oder nach den Verstricken
der-
aelban zu Maschen in einer folgenden Reihe, müssen dann
diese
Fanghenkel aus dem Schlitz hinter dem Platinenhaken und
von
Platinenhaken selbst freigegeben werden.
Die Freigabe der Fanghenkel aus dem Platinenschlit:

darauffolgenden Wieder-auswärts-bewegen der Platinen
über den
Platinenhaken Ph hinweggebracht werden kann.
Um die Fanghenkel h, entsprechend den AusfUhrungabeispiel
gemäß
Fig. 8, auch mittels der Zunge Z aus den Schlitz
8 herauszu-
bringen, wird beispielsweise eine Platinenform vorgenchlagen,
die
vor der üblichen Kulirrkfuite Pd eine etwas tieferliegende
Auf-
lagekante P= hat, di, durch eine schräge Kante Py miteinander
verbunden sind, Fig. 1A, 1g u. 2o.

bzw.
Arbeitsweisen sind ebenso die gleichen bei der Herstellung
von
Waren, bei welchen die Fanghenkel F in einer übernüchst
folgenden
Reihe eingebunden oder $u einfädigen oder zxeifädigen Maschen
gebildet werden sollen.
Bei den flg. 15, 16, u. 17 ist zum Beispiel davon
ausgegangen,
da13 es eich um die Herstellung von Ware handelt, bei welcher
der aus einer Reihe M1 hervorgegangene Fanghenkel F
nach dem
Bilden der folgenden normalen Maschenreihe M2 zwischen dieser
und der wieder darauf folgenden Reihe als Fanghenkel eingebunden
oder durch die Maschen M2 hindurch zu einfädigen oder dappel-
fädigen Ktxeahe.n gebildet wird.
Soll nun bei einem Kaschenbildungavorgang der Fanghenkel
F -
ohne Verwendung von Platinen P, mit der Abstufung .Px,
Py - von
der eich schließenden Zunge Z aus dem SolLlitB
S nach oben und
gegebenenfalls auch über der Platinenhaken hinweggebracht
werden,
so wird gemäß FIg. 16 u. 17, bevor die Nadeln beim Abwärtsgehen
mit ihrer Zungenende den Schlitz S erreichen, die Platine

dem Schlitzende P0 soweit aus der Nadelreihe, entsprechend
der
Fig. 17, herausgezogen, daß die Zunge Z in den von den Nadeln

weggezogenen Langhenkel F° eintritt, wonach dann umgehend

Platine wieder in die Nadelreihe bewegt wird, damit,
bevor die
Zunge Z eine waagerechte Lage einnimmt, sie im Bereich der
Kante
PC steht.
Werden nun zum Beispiel nur die Fanghenkel haltenden Nadeln

zum
Aufnehmen der Fanghenkel. F auf die Zunge Z abwärts bewegt,

durch die anderen Nadeln X1 aua der Fangstellung abwärts

wird gemäß der Erfindung der durch die Zunge Z in den Nadelhaken
gebrachte Fanghenkel F aus der Reihe M1, gemäß Pig. 15,

3en Platinenhaken Ph durch die von den Nadeln 12
abgeschlagenen
Maschen H2 allein zu einer einfädigen Masche in der dritten
folgenden Reihe ausgebildet. Wenn den Nadeln Ni, die leine
Fanghenkel haben, kein Faden Y zugeführt wird, müssen dieselben
vorher in Fangetellung gegangen sein.
Wird aber bei dieser Arbeitsweise der Nadeln und
Platinen allen
Nadeln 1T29 x1 ein Faden Y zugeführt, dann bilden die Nadeln
N2
doppelfädibe Maschen arid die Jadeln N1 Pan ghenkel Y.
Wird aber so verfahren, dal alle Nadeln X2 u. N1 vor ihrer
Abwz,h#tabewegung zum Masuhenbilden in Einsahließetellung (
Strick-
stellung ) gebracht; worden sind und Faden Y zugeführt
wird,
Fig. 17, dann wird in gleicher Weise wie in Fig. 15 der von
der
Zunge Z der Nadeln N2 aufgenommene Fanghenkel F mit de=
Faden Z
zusaL,uneii zu einer doppeltädigen Masche und
bei der Nadel a1 zu
einer einfädigen Kanone gebildet.
Das Halten der Fanghenkel F unterhalb der sich schließenden
Zunge Z sowie das in folgenden beschriebene Herausbringen
der
funghenkel aus der Platinenaohlits nach oben bis Uber den
Scheitelpunkt P3 oder über den Haken Ph mittels der sich
schließenden Zunge Z, ist mit von der Zungenlonge,
von der Länge
der Fanghenkel und damit von dem Abstand den Schlitzes S bis
zur üblichen Kulierkante Pd abhängig.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Arbeitsweisen der Platinen P werden
durch
Platinensahloßteile, die den Bewegungen entsprechende
Kurren
haben und in der Maschine so angeordnet sind,
daß nie mit den
Nadelschloßteilen für die entepreohenden Nadelbewegungen
Uber-
einatimmen, bewirkt und brauchen nicht besonders dargestellt

werden.
Bei 7erweiidttn g der erfindungsgemäßen Platinen in
Maschinen mit
hakennadeln, kommt es darauf an, daß die dazu benötigten
PreB--
platl.nen, die in bekannter Weise zwischen der Platinen
geftlhrt
sind, mit ihrer unteren Lautfläche etwas höher als der Platinen-
sohlitz S liegen. Im übrigen sind bei einer solchen Maschine
mit Hakennadeln die Arbeitsweisen der Platinen in wesentlichen
