Abstract

Verfahren zur Bereitstellung eines Faserzementprodukts, umfassend die Schritte des: • Bereitstellens eines unausgehärteten Faserzementprodukts; • Aushärtens des unausgehärteten Faserzementprodukts; • Trocknens des ausgehärteten Faserzementprodukts, um eine Feuchtigkeit des ausgehärteten Faserzementprodukts zu erhalten, die geringer als oder gleich etwa 8 Gew.-% ist; • Abrasivstrahlens mindestens eines Teils der Oberfläche des getrockneten Faserzementprodukts.

Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zur Bereitstellung eines Faserzementprodukts, umfassend die Schritte des: • Bereitstellens eines unausgehärteten Faserzementprodukts; • Aushärtens des unausgehärteten Faserzementprodukts; • Trocknens des ausgehärteten Faserzementprodukts, um eine Feuchtigkeit des ausgehärteten Faserzementprodukts zu erhalten, die geringer als oder gleich etwa 8 Gew.-% ist; • Abrasivstrahlens mindestens eines Teils der Oberfläche des getrockneten Faserzementprodukts.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Produkt eine Faserzementplatte ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Oberflächen mit dem größten Oberflächenbereich der Platte abrasivbestrahlt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Produkt unter Anwendung von Metallgries, Korund, Karborund oder Kombinationen von beiden abrasivbestrahlt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Faserzementprodukt ein luftausgehärtetes Faserzementprodukt ist.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das unausgehärtete Faserzementprodukt unter Anwendung eines Hatschekverfahrens erhalten wird.
  7. Faserzementprodukt, das unter Anwendung eines Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche erhalten wird.
  8. Verwendung eines Faserzementprodukts, das mindestens eine zumindest teilweise abrasivbestrahlte zementhaltige Oberfläche aufweist, als Bedeckung eines Gebäudebauteils.
  9. Verwendung eines Faserzementprodukts, das unter Anwendung eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 erhalten wird, als Bedeckung eines Gebäudebauteils.
