Control device for electrical heating devices The invention relates to a control device for electrical heating devices, especially hotplates, consisting of a temperature-dependent sensor resistance that detects the actual temperature of the material being heated and a bimetal control element that is heated to the setpoint temperature and is heated as a function of the sensor resistance, as well as a switching element actuated by the bimetal control element for the circuit of the heating device. With electrical heating devices, neb. Hotplates, there is a requirement that, after the electrical power has been switched on, the actual temperature of the material to be heated should approach the set target temperature as quickly as possible. After the target temperature has been reached, the heating material, from which heat is usually continuously withdrawn, should be kept at the set: @ oll temperature. For this reason, the maximum power required for heating up is reduced to a lower continued cooking power after the target temperature has been reached.

The power pulses resulting from the minimum and disconnection of the switching element occur with excessively long pulse times. For this reason, switching elements, so-called clocks, are used periodically, which reduce the control range. Such clocks are used with success, especially when they interact with the pimetal control element in such a way that the clock is ineffective until the target temperature is reached, that is, the maximum power is supplied to the hotplate, and above the target temperature. Temperature power pulses can be controlled with the resulting continued cooking line. In the case of externally heated bimetallic control elements with self-interrupters, motor-driven cam switches - which - in some cases - work with good success - it is known that the control range in a 'level device for physical state variables is controlled by a' measuring circuit in the form of a 'ld'heatstone'scher & bridge reduce detuning caused by periodic resistance variation. @: 15 f'rr =: adt #: er@eif.te ir @ tetall -; 'expensive songs used' are actors
