The aim of the present invention is to create a pressurized oil atomization burner of the type in question which, in series production, can be adapted to the most varied of bulb or combustion chamber shapes and power ranges with just a few simple steps and practically without additional effort. For the above purpose it is provided according to the invention in the new pressure oil atomization burner that the fan serving to introduce the combustion air, the pump serving to convey the oil , the motor serving to drive the pump and the fan and the electrical control and control parts, such as Burner control, ignition transformer, condenser, etc., distributed around the longitudinal center axis of the burner tube, arranged on a common mounting base plate which is penetrated by the burner tube to the longitudinal center axis of the burner tube and is housed in a common housing, which also contains the corresponding burner tube end, and is expediently prismatic, with the opposite center axis of the burner tube extends eccentrically and asymmetrically, and that on the burner tube there is a clamp-like comprehensive fastening flange for fastening the entire unit to the boiler or the combustion chamber wall, for example by screwing, which is attached to the burner tube by d eat longitudinal center axis rotatable and mounted displaceably in the longitudinal direction and can be locked in the respective position on the burner tube, for example by clamping. With the new arrangement , the burner can be adjusted as desired in relation to the installation opening on the boiler, and on the other hand the immersion depth in the boiler room can be changed as desired, so that one can optimally adapt to the most varied of Kosselformen. The drive motor, which is connected via its wool to the impeller of the # lebläses and to the pump, e.g. via radial ribs with the concentric arrangement surrounding the air inlet to the blower, is attached to the housing on the side facing away from the contact base plate applied and releasably connected to the housing by screwing # whereby an annular disc made of noise-dampening material is expediently connected between the housing and the inlet ring. With such an arrangement , after loosening the screws and removing the inlet rings, the entire sub-unit consisting of motor, fan and pump can be pulled off in the axial direction from the housing or from the support base plate. Assembly and disassembly are therefore extremely easy. In the drawing, exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown.

In the case of the pressure oil atomization burner according to Fig. La and lb, which belongs to the category of burners which have a burner tube 1 for introducing the oil in the atomized state into the combustion chamber, into which the combustion air is also introduced with the aid of a fan, are the blowers, the pump serving to convey the oil , the motor serving to drive the pump and the fan and the electrical control and switching parts such as burner control, ignition transformer, capacitor, etc. are distributed around the longitudinal center axis 2 of the burner tube. As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, all of these parts are seated on a common mounting base plate 31 which runs at right angles to the longitudinal center axis of the burner tubes passing through them. All of the aforementioned parts "ie the motor 41, the impeller 5, the fans, the pump 6, the ignition transformer 7, the capacitor 8 and the electrical control 9 as well as the corresponding burner tube end are housed in a housing lo which has an approximately priamatic, in particular flat-prismatic shape and for example, may be formed by a mold made of sheet steel protective cap ISTG the arrangement being turned up to the mounting base 3 made such that the Lingemittelachse 2 of the burner tube any etrisch and eccentrically to the housing lo runs. on burner tube 1 is hereby a Befestigungsflanech 11 provided , which is in one piece with a ring 12 concentric with it and with the burner tube, which is unstride and can be clipped onto the burner tube. The arrangement is thus made according to the invention * that the ring 12 with the plan hole 11 according to the arrow III can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the burner tube, so that the immersion depth is the Burner tube can be changed in the Brennkainner, and that also the fastening flange can be rotated about the longitudinal center axis of the burner tube, so that you can attach or attach the burner or the housing of the burner in any position on the chamber wall . The burner tube can be fixed in the respective position, for example by clamping. Inside this housing made of welded sheet steel with an approximately rectangular cross-section, the corresponding end of the burner tube and the drive motor, fan wheel and pump are combined to form a sub-unit on one side of the mounting base plate in a coaxial arrangement to one another, while on the opposite side Side of the mounting base plate, the other end of the burner tube protrudes, as shown in FIG. The drive motor 4, which carries the impeller of the fan 5 and the pump 6 on its shaft, is firmly connected via radial ribs 14 to the inlet ring 13 which delimits the air inlet to the fan and concentrically surrounds this air inlet. The inlet ring is applied to the housing 15 of the mounting base plate her side facing away from and connected to the housing by means of screws 16, wherein between the housing and the inlet ring to Hing discs are gesctätet 17 from geräuschd 'fendem material. This and the measure that the pump is connected to the nozzle assembly inside the burner tube by flexible lines 18 , contributes significantly to noise reduction. The impeller 5 of the fan is attached to the shaft 19 of the drive motor with the help of the hub piece 2o and the ötell screw 21, and it rotates as a result of the fixed connection with this shaft. The pump 6 is with end
the other WellaV of the drive motor via a so-called
called elastic inner coupling sleeve 22 connected. In the above-mentioned arrangement can now after release of the fastening screws 16, and after completion take the inlet ring 13, the entire of the motor, pump and fan consisting axially according to deduct e unit arrow IV, which NaCN for the assembly or for the assembly of any repairs etc. represents an essential simplification and simplification. In the Ausfjhrungsform of FIG. 4 in the burner tube 25 is a cylindrical tube insert 27b of different diameter is at its outlet-side end 26 inserted removably 27, which consists of several, for example two axially successive and consecutive parts 27a, bestent, wherein the baffle plate 28 to the nozzle exit 29 is assigned, on the burner tube in its L -. # * Ngsrichtung and n - zr ve - ste i'L -), ir i, -t, so that '# relative position of the Ronre insert and the baffle plate are changed to each other can. The tube insert is expediently made of sheet steel, which can be deformed, for example, by pressing or pulling.
According to FIG. 4, the holding part of the baffle plate can each consist of an annular 2artie 30 mounted on the nozzle assembly 29 and of holding arms 31 . Details of embodiments for the mounting part for the baffle plate emerge from Fig. 5a, 5b, -5e, 5d.-It can be seen that in the embodiments according to> Fig. 5at 5b, 5c, 5d from the ring-shaped part 32 or 321 in each case several, for example three, star-shaped or radially outwardly extending mounting arms 33, 33 ' , which on the one hand with their (at 33a, 331a) approximately at right angles and axially bent free ends- are guided on the inner wall of the burner tube or the cylindrical tube insert 6 and, on the other hand, carry the actual baffle plate connected to them, for example by spot welding.
andere ausgebildeter Stufen auswechseln.
In the embodiment of Fig. 6, the burner tube of two axially one behind the other, end to end abutted coaxial tubular sections 35, 36, of which the front tube portion carrying the cylindrical tube insert 37 and which are connected by means of the intermediate piece 38 detachably to one another, which in the is fitted to the two parts and on the one hand is fixedly connected to the rear part by welding and releasably connected to the front part by screwing, as shown at 39. In this way, one and the same burner can cover a significantly wider range of performance than with the known comparable arrangements, since one can adjust to different burner performances with the help of the graduated cylindrical tube etching and with the help of the displaceable arrangement of the baffle plate. The instructions for the arrangements provided are very simple. If the Irennerrohr is intended to be made up of two parts, the front part is known, if it has, for example, a cylindrical tube insert, and exchanged it, for example, for a part with a tube insert of other developed steps. This is also the way to adapt the power range you want. If one also adjusts the nozzle bracket in the direction of its longitudinal axis, no further change can be achieved in order to achieve an optimal focal length.
wechseln muß bzw. will.In the case of the Branzier according to the invention , in addition to changing the oil length, the amount of air can also be changed according to the burner output to be achieved on the way between the blower outlet and inlet into the burner chamber, in that the inlet opening 4o for the air of the burner tube has a cross-section with its size Can be adjusted with the help of an associated, adjustably arranged slide. The slide 41 is arranged on the burner tube 42 so that it can be rotated back and forth about its longitudinal axis or an axis parallel thereto, in that it consists of a cylinder tube section which is rotatably arranged on the nozzle assembly 43 and has a so-called cutout 44 in cross section. This section 44 is a Cutout 45 assigned to the circumference of the burner tube 42, which is also segment-like and extends over a certain axial length, the arrangement being such that the recess 44 relative to the recess 45 by rotating the slide relative to the burner tube according to and depending on can be rotated by the burner output to be achieved. The slide, which is rotatably received by the burner tube, can be actuated by an actuating screw 46 which projects radially outward and which is guided in a slot 47 on the circumference of the burner tube 42. In this way you can easily turn the slide inside the Breaner tube. The slide is guided in an associated with the nozzle cover 4, A in the form of a disk, the arrangement being such that nerausgezogen after loosening and removing the actuating screw together with the Düsenstoci the slide together with the nozzle from the Drennerrühr in the axial direction can be. This arrangement makes it possible to easily remove the nozzle assembly, for example if the nozzle or the baffle plate or, for example, the cylindrical tube insert has to or wants to be changed.
