Description
Equipment for external ventilation and electrical machines The invention relates to a device for external ventilation of electrical machines, which from a rotating field motor, in particular an induction motor with squirrel cage rotor, as well as a fan driven by this. To add the fan motor to avoid outside the bearing shield of the machine has already been proposed, to arrange the hip motor inside the machine housing, as an external rotor motor train and the fan mit.in the axial direction next to the auxiliary motor To attach wings to the outside booze. This way you can before In particular, the entire radial height of the machine housing is used for the fan blades will. The invention aims to further improve such a device to the effect that the axial space requirement is greatly reduced. She achieves this by combining the following. Features known in and of themselves: The fan motor It is designed as an external rotor motor and the fan is connected to its rotor or combined, a stand package is designed in the shape of a disk and sits on one hohlz; "Ji.inciri; chen, the; skins surrounding and with the end shield or the housing connected part, while the stator winding is inside your very slight axial 'Wickelknpfausgabe is formed. The most important is the extreme: n disk-shaped Design of the ifter motor with the lowest possible winding head housing load; Around to achieve the latter, the end connections of the stator winding in itself as is known, at least on one side of the stator assembly in the form of involutes -or involute-like curves run on conical surfaces with a large opening angle and / or planes normal to the axis are arranged. The fan motor can also do 2s as a single-phase shaded-pole motor with concentrated side-change pole windings. trained u will. In addition, to achieve a small axial back clearance the fan motor through relatively large values of the oil flow and the current density as well as through low current load in the sense of a small groove or Lay out the winding cross-section. Further details are contained in the following Embodiments of the invention described with reference to the drawings Equipment for external ventilation of electrical machines. Thereby are in the drawings Identical parts are provided with the same reference numerals.
In tens. l denotes 1 the housing, 2 the stator and 3 the .runner with the shaft 4 of the machine to be ventilated: The shaft 4 is in a known manner via bearings 5 in end shields E - only one of which is shown - stored: The storage cap? of the bearing 5 is provided with a hollow cylinder * shoulder 8 :, which carries the disc-shaped stator 9 of an auxiliary motor. This auxiliary engine is designed as an external rotor motor; a fan 11 is connected to its rotor 10, which sits radially next to the auxiliary motor and is mounted on the shaft 4 via bearings 12 is. The end connections 13 of the winding of the stator 9 are involute-shaped and extend on the one hand into the curvature 14 of the end shield E and on the other hand in a bulge 15 of the fan 11 into it. From the drawing it can be seen that once the radial height of the machine housing is practically completely used for the fan is and on the other hand, the axial length of the machine when installed Fan motor is only insignificantly enlarged by its training. at the execution according to FIG. 2 differs from that according to FIG. 1 essentially only in that that-here the fan 1E is not directly on the shaft, but on the one on the Bearing cap 7 seated hollow cylindrical part 17 is mounted. This part is too trained accordingly long for this purpose. In Fig. 3 is in turn on the Bearing cap 7 arranged hollow cylindrical part 18 initially mounted the fan 19 and next to this the stator 9 of the hip motor. With the versions according to Fig: 1 and 2, the fan motor is arranged between the end shield and fan, while he in the execution according to fig. 3 between fan and stand of the main engine is provided-. Here, the stator winding 13 protrudes into a bulge 20 on the one hand of the fan 19 and on the other hand in that of the winding heads of the machine runner 3 surrounding room 21 into it. In all three versions, the disk of the Lüf -__ @ t-e-r m t openings 22, which are used to cool the fan motor allow partial return flow of the conveyed air.
