KLASSE 76: Spinnerei.CLASS 76: Spinning.
The clutter is based on the idea that is intertwined in the washing machine to pull the wool flakes thinner beforehand by simple distortion and to open them, before they get to the burdock roller for their cleaning of burdock. Because of this Thinning and parallel pulling of the wool flakes, their hair is stretched lengthways and pulled loose from the burdock clinging to it, since the latter as long as it is still whole are, form a solid mass, which is only stuck to the wool with its spines.
During this operation, the wool is detached from the burdock by gradually twisting it (and in a very gentle way) and only then brought it onto the burdock roller, where the von Want more freed burdock to be grasped and knocked off by the bat. Those Burdock, which did not become so loose when the wool was first stretched are that they could be knocked off by the club of the first burdock roller, loosen during the repeated stretching that takes place from the first to the second Velcro roller the wool absolutely from the wool hair that holds it. and are then knocked off by the club of the second Velcro roller.
Kämmen zu lösen, parallel zu legen und vor allem zu strecken, wiederholt sich nun in der Krempel auch noch bei jedem Arbeiter auf folgende Weise:Furthermore, by this repeatedly repeated warping and parallelizing the wool before she steps into the clutter, the wool 'in an already opened state and already achieved Parallel layers of the individual hairs are fed to the card and thus before they are torn into the same preserved. This Arbeitssprocefs, the wool respectively by warping. Combing loosening, laying in parallel and, above all, too stretch, is now repeated in the clutter with each worker on the following Way:
Each worker has a scraper covered stretcher attached to it, which the wool picked up by the worker from the drum is again warped by his combing and thus stretched long lays in the worker's scratches. As a result, the turner also needs the wool hair pull out of the worker's scratches again, which causes the tambour to also remove the hair must be removed from the turner in a stretched manner, which means that the wool is repeatedly processed is reduced by the drum on one and the same worker and thus the wool hair have to stay longer.
Die Krempel arbeitet folgendermafsen:The clutter works as follows:
The wool will> (as shown in the accompanying drawing). ' placed on the endless table 1 and fed through the same to the entry rollers 3, 3 'and 3 "; between the table and the entry roller 3 is; in a known manner a roller 2 with teeth is attached, which is faster than the table, but slower than the As a result, the wool is pulled through the teeth of roller 2 as it enters between the entry rollers and is laid straight down to its length and has a higher peripheral speed than the entry rollers , Ί the wool on. The roller 5 (all rollers are decorated with teeth). emotional
^is at the same circumferential speed as 4th roller 6, ("which moves faster round like 4,) the wool takes off from this and pulls it through the teeth of the roller 5 during this decrease (by the resistance that the wool in the teeth of the roller 5, its individual flakes, which are still tangled in one another, are pulled straight and elongated in a gentle, gentle manner without tearing them At greater peripheral speed the wool decreases, at which decrease the wool is combed again through the teeth of the roller 7, pulled into the extension and laid parallel, which loosens the wool hairs from the burrs Rolls 3, 3 ', 5 and 7 and throws them onto the dirt sheet. Roll 10 has the same peripheral speed as 8, of which the roll 11, which has a larger U has an initial speed of 8, the wool decreases, (at which decrease the wool is pulled through the teeth of the roller 10 again and thereby a renewed stretching of the same is achieved. Roller 12 moves as fast as roller 11, from which the Velcro roller 13 removes the wool. (During this removal, the same is pulled through the teeth of the stretcher 12 again, lengthening and parallelizing the wool, which again loosens the burdock Roll 15 has the same circumferential speed as 13, from which roll 16, by virtue of its greater circumferential speed, takes off the wool, and with this decrease again combs it through the teeth of roll 15. Roll 16 then gives that part of the wool which is below sat in the teeth of the roller 13, in a known manner on the Velcro roller 17.! In this way, those parts of the burdock which could not be knocked off by the beater 14 are finally caught by the beater 18 and knocked off. ! From the rollers 16 and 17 then takes the wool from the drum 19 and brings it to the worker 20. That part of the wool which is taken from the worker 20 is taken up by the teeth of the roller 21 ί (which is moved around faster in circumference than the worker) / grasped and gently combed through and into the teeth of the workers' scratches, whereby the unbalanced wool parts are more distributed and stretched and in this Location can be brought back to the reel 19 by the turner 22, as is otherwise the case. With the worker 23, the stretcher 24 and the turner 25, as with every other worker (provided with this stretcher), the Streckbezw previously described for the rollers 20, 21 and 22 is repeated. Combing operation. A flounce then lifts the wool from the drum 19 onto the tips of the scrapers, a peaster picks it up and finally, as usual, the chopper chops it off. ^
' .Let us now briefly summarize the activity of the individual rollers, from the entry rollers 3, 3 'and 3 "to the turning roller 16, closer to the eye, we find the 'wool stretched six times (at 3 and 3', S, 7, 10, 12 and 15) before doing the same once processed by any roller in the known manner, as between the drum and the worker has been. Let us now assume without adhering to any particular norm the speed of the to be bound to individual organs, that the entry rollers per minute feed 500 mm have, then the rollers 4 and 5 would have to be given a peripheral speed of 1000 mm. The wool is lengthened from 5 to 10 respectively. pulled apart, and is flat this slight delay at the first distortion is absolutely necessary in order to avoid the confused to loosen sometimes matted wool flakes and to parallelize them without tearing the wool hair. The turner 6 and roller 7 should cover 2000 mm per minute, whereby the wool on the roller 5 again from 1 to 2 - is stretched or pulled into the extension. the Velcro roller 8 and roller 10 cover 4000 mm per minute, which again causes roller 7 a delay of the wool of 1 to 2 takes place. Do reels 11 and 12 8000 mm per minute, which means that roller 10 a wool warping of 1 to 2 occurs again. By the Velcro roller 13, in connection with Roller 15, which receives a peripheral speed of 16,000 mm per minute, takes place again the wool is drawn from 1 to 2 on roller 12. - The turning roller 16 should now run through 32000 mm, which means that the wool at roller 15 is again warped from 1 to 2 will. '.
Das Endresultat dieser Operationen ist folgendes: The end result of these operations is this:
With this card, the wool is drawn or stretched six times in the The scale of 1 to 64 was extended, while Schlumberger's Clutter, which is counted among the best, only a one-time direct delay between Entry and Velcro rolling, in the ratio of 1 to 72, takes place at which The aim of the brusque indie extension is that the wool is no longer stretched or combed, but rather must be torn apart by force.
