Description
Aussenpolmaschine mit Erregung durch Sintermagnetschalen und Verfahren zur Herstellung der Maschine. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf elektrische Aussenpolmaschinen mit Erregung durch Sintermagnetschalen, die unmittelbar die Pole bilden. Der magnetische Rückschluss erfolgt dabei über ein aus Blech bestehendes Joch entweder in Form eines Blechrohres oder zweier Halbschalen. Schwierigkeiten bereitet dabei die exakte Einhaltung des Luftspaltes zwischen den Dauermagnetschalen und dem Anker insofern, als Sintermagnetschalen verhältnismässig grosse Massabweichungen aufweisen und andererseits eine nachträgliche Bearbeitung schwierig und kostspielig ist. Bei Verwendung eines Blechrohres als Rückschlussjoch müsste der Innendurchmesser des Rohres veränderlich sein, was fertigungstechnisch nur äusserst schwierig durchführbar ist. Die Verwendung von Halbschalen hingegen birgt die Gefahr in sich, dass die Schalen nicht überall satt an den Sintermagneten anliegen.External pole machine with excitation by sintered magnetic shells and processes to manufacture the machine. Die Herstellung eines solchen Maschinenständers geschieht mit Hilfe eines Montagedornes, um den die Sintermagnetschalen gelegt werden; dabei werden in den Pollücken zwischen den Magnetschalen Abstandhalter vorgesehen. Daraufhin legt man zwei Halbschalen aus Blech auf und schiebt über diese einen Ring bzw. einen Hohlzylinder etwa aus Aluminium. Die ganze Anordnung schiebt man dann in eine Magnetspule, und durch die Entladung eines Hochspannungskondensators wird der Aluminiumzylinder zusammengepresst. Dadurch wiederum legen sich die Blechhalbschalen satt an die Sintermagnetschalen an. Auf diese Weise werden die die Massabewichungen der Sintermagnete ausgeglichen und man erhält einen`gleiehmässigen Luftspalt zwischen den Magneten und dem Anker.
