Das Gerät dient zum Umkleben von Diapositiven mit Streifen aus gummiertem Papier oder Gewebe, wobei es vor allem die Falzung des Papiers auf mechanischem Wage ausführt. Den wesentlichen Teil des Gerätes bilden 2 Welzen,beispielsweise aus Weichgummi (s.Zeichnung), Y. 1 und V. 2. die beide um ihre Achse drehbar sind.
